I use Zoom every other day and it's great
What do you like best about the product?
Recording and waiting room. It's very efficient and helpful for the line of work. The recordings go to your computer or the cloud and it's easy to download.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it crashes and it's slow when there are many people in the room
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual auditions for casting directors. The waiting room is similar to those of the real casting offices.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it if there was a way to make chat save and be available to everyone joining late -- plus persistent across ongoing meetings. It would also be nice to be able to save files and other attachments to a recurring meeting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of location by making it easy for teams to come together despite location and or safety concerns. I've enjoy zoom meetings with people all over the world
Zoom - My go-to for meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has multiple functions and all the features you could want in a meeting software. I also love how easy it is to troubleshoot the auto and video.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not really anything I don't like - I do wish there were more background filters

Zoom solves the issue with difficult software - its infuriating when it takes forever to download or open a meeting software.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the functionality. It's intuitive, and I can do many things to make a session interactive. For instance, I can put participants in breakout rooms, we can have whiteboards, and people can chat or ask questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the platform changes frequently without notification. For instance you'll log in and suddenly a feature isn't there, or it isn't where you thought it would be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had used Zoom a bit before the pandemic. I started a new coaching business (both individual and team), and if anything Zoom made it possible no only for me to do my work, but for me to really build this business.
Dependable & User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to learn to use it a couple of years ago when so many things went remote. I like that the company alerts users to software updates and that any changes are highlighted so I know what's different. It's great for small group meetings and conversations. I appreciate that you don't have to be right up against the camera to be seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I use it for rehearsals and performances, the fact that lonely one person can be heard at a time is frustrating. Overlapping dialogue and cut-offs are very common scripted work and If it were possible to make it so that words and music from different speakers can be heard simultaneously, that would be so helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to have meetings with people on different continents and across time zones easily. It's helpful having the screen sharing and audio sharing options when teaching lessons and giving instructions.

What do you like best about the product?
It's really simple to use, has a lot of integrations with other SAAS and a lot of functionalities (share screen, chat, waiting room, etc).

When you use the function to control other people's computers, it's a little bit laggy.
The web version is not as fluid as the desktop one. There is a lot of updates.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me to work from my office and to avoid a lot of commutes. This way I save more than 8 hours per week.

This program is so easy to use and simple does not take a rocket scientist to figure it out

Being able to control all the people while the meeting is progressing and limiting their talking or taking control of the meeting and others not being able to participate

Backgrounds useage as it is very difficult at times when using other programs the background that I normally use is missing and I have to go back and log in and change the background

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's easy-to-use interface makes organizing every kind of meeting (small or big) very simple to do. My favourite software of this kind is Zoom! Always so reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the dislikes I have is that sometimes Zoom will update right when I open it without giving me a warning. I have been late to a couple of meetings this way, and think there should be an advanced system warning first.

One of the biggest problems that Zoom has solved for me is providing reliable and easy-to-use service that I can do both on my laptop and on my cell phone, with equal ease.
Very intuitive, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
We have weekly meetings with our sales team and the set-up and execution are simple. We have had no issues with connecting beforehand or staying on board during our meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
For our purposes, Zoom really is the best technology for our meetings. We like to share things visually and of course see the others to make sure they're understanding, etc. There's nothing I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I understand through news reports that some people have had "imposters" in their meetings, but we've had zero security issues. The weekly meetings and being able to meet without having to take the time to go to a specific location has helped tremendously with efficiency and our bottom line.
A great resource for churches and families
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use. The sound quality is good and so is the picture.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to load the app and then figure out how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom really saved our church during the pandemic. We were able to find a way to connect with one another and still remain physically separate. We still use it today.
