What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the user-friendly interface of Zoom Workplace, which is not difficult to navigate. I find the options for background blur and removal especially useful. These features, along with the ability to conduct video sessions and record them, make my experience efficient. Integrating whiteboard at an advanced level enhances its functionality further. I also appreciate being able to connect easily with teachers and others remotely, which simplifies communication and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the free version of Zoom Workplace lacks premium features, making it feel not too premium. Additionally, there is room for improvement in PDF options and scrolling features.

I use Zoom Workplace for easy remote connections with teachers and meetings, benefiting from user-friendly features like background blur, video, and recorded sessions.

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how seamlessly it integrates video meetings, chat, and collaborative tools in one platform. I can move from a quick chat to a full video call with screen sharing in seconds, and features like breakout rooms, live transcription, and whiteboarding make team collaboration far more efficient—especially in hybrid and remote settings. It keeps everyone connected without needing to juggle multiple apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom Workplace is excellent for collaboration, I’ve noticed that certain advanced features—like whiteboard saving, meeting analytics, or higher participant limits—are locked behind higher-tier plans. It would be helpful if more of these capabilities were available in the standard offering, so teams of all sizes could benefit fully.

Zoom Workplace solves the challenge of keeping distributed teams connected and productive in real time. By combining video meetings, chat, file sharing, and collaborative tools in one platform, it removes the friction of switching between multiple apps. For me, that means faster decision-making, more engaging remote meetings, and the ability to maintain clear communication with colleagues no matter where they’re located.
Decent meeting platform
What do you like best about the product?
One thing I like about Zoom Workplace is that you find everything in one place for a meeting, and my favorite is the whiteboard feature, which feels like that meeting is happening in person and not online, and the room breakout feature is also amazing
I love how the platform is easily accessible on any device, and you can attend your meetings through phone also, and its integration with your calendar makes things a lot easier as you can see other people's schedules and plan meetings accordingly.

I am not a fan of their customer support; the services are pretty average, and data safety is also a big issue with Zoom.
Besides this, though the first look of the interface looks fine, there are so many hidden features that make using the application a bit difficult

One problem that Zoom Workplace is solving is connecting people worldwide; you can work for a US client without going to the US. It connects us with people, which has helped businesses grow.

I like the video and audio quality of Zoom

Most of the advanced and useful features need to be paid and I don't like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we all work remotely we need to regularly do video conferencing and zoom has been our goto options for it. The interaction features like whiteboards and screen share are very important and useful for us during out calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is an incredibly popular and widely established video conferencing software.
It really did pave the way for Google Meet and Microsoft teams, and had exponential growth and brand recognition during the pandemic.

What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom was expensive, at least compared to Google Meet. It was more affordable for us to stick with Google Meet because we were already using Google Workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was an extremely popular platform (still is) so it was easy to connect with people from different companies, because there was a strong chance that the other person either had Zoom, or was familiar with using it.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how easy and reliable it is for both everyday meetings and larger collaborative projects. The video and audio quality stay clear even when the internet connection isn’t perfect, which makes it dependable in important situations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The frequent updates are meant to help, but they always seem to pop up right when I’m about to join a meeting, which can be annoying. Also, navigating all the settings to get things “just right” can feel a little overwhelming at times

Zoom Workplace helps me stay connected and work with people anywhere without having to meet in person. I can have face-to-face meetings, share my screen, and use chat or breakout rooms to get things done together.
