Super convenient and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm able to scare my screen when needed to clients. It's also pretty straight forward and easy to use. It's an added plus that I can require a password to sign into the meeting giving extra security.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the application needs to be downloaded in order for someone to use it. It would be so much easier if there was a way of logging in without the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I actually didn't know there were any problems that needed to be solved. I personally thought that everything was good to go. No problems on my end so far. Works fine!
Versatile, Reliable and Essential Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite features of Zoom are the ability to easily share and view a screen with a group, and being able to easily record a video of the meeting. The interface is much easer to use than other meeting programs like Google.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it lags for some of the participants, making it difficult to communicate. This doesn't happen often, however. Perhaps Zoom could offer a low-resolution option or lower bandwidth option to address this. (Maybe they already do?)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of Zoom, I can easily have meetings from my home office that I once had to complete in person. This has made it possible for me to be much more productive.
Great tool for communicating remotely with clients or friends & family
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, video quality and reliability is great. Being able to break out into separate rooms for discussions is a very underutilized feature along with being able to annotate on screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you are in a live Zoom session you can not change your settings. For example, if in settings you have not enabled co-hosts, or co-hosts to share their screen, you can not make that change during the live session easily. It would be great for a pop up to appear that states "You have not enabled co-hosting, would you like to enable now?"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote trainings to all of our offices in several locations. We use Zoom to quickly communicate when it is beneficial that we can see each others screen vs talking on the phone.
Simple, reliable and good quality
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is especially helpful when I want to share my screen with clients or have multiple clients on a call at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is my favorite platform for telehealth. If the internet connection is poor, then the sound quality isn't great. I just use video and call on the phone as a workaround.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has given me a secure, high-quality platform to do remote sex therapy with clients. I can see couples who are in different locations and share assessments.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration with Office 365 with the calendar functions
What do you dislike about the product?
Better templates for simple meetings & better way to check when clients are trying to schedule meetings; ie find a time to meet

Ability to create meetings with various attendees being in different areas

Zoom is very easy to use. I can hold meetings remotely, share screens, and go live on Facebook.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom video quality is not always the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to hold remote meetings and classes. It cuts down on commute time and expense. I can easily share screens. And I can easily collaborate with others and record videos.
Video calls with ease!
What do you like best about the product?
Video calls on Zoom is very intuitive. Whether you're setting up a call or simply participating in a call, it's a piece of cake. The additional "fun" features (e.g., static or video backgrounds, etc.) are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think every user should have the ability to determine where they appear on the screen in gallery mode (e.g., put me in the top middle, etc.). How you appear to others is helpful so it would be great to have more ways to make this easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it very easy to quickly connect with my co-workers in a fun face-to-face environment. Being able to connect with remote employees is very beneficial.
Zoom Changed the Way I Do Business
What do you like best about the product?
As a Social Media Strategist all of my work is done through digital platforms. By utilizing Zoom I can share my screen, give clients real time updates, and make changes while we are collaborating. It also makes the meetings more efficient by saving time from communiting to or from an office or coffee shop. It also means my client has an easier time scheduling an appointment around our schedules.
What do you dislike about the product?
The virtual backgrounds or blurred backgrounds sometimes cause visual disturbances during a meeting. I understand that a green screen makes it easier and that this kind of tech is a dream to have anyway, but having things randomly come into focus behind me can make the meeting have a distraction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm saving time and money by not having to meet with clients in coffee shops or spending money on gas. I am no longer spending time commuting to a meeting, I just have to sit down at my desk and I'm ready to go. it makes everything easier. It also means that I no longer have to print out items for meetings or share a small laptop screen, I can share my screen and they see it on their device. It makes collaboration so much easier.
I can't live without Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I'm about to connect with anybody in the world, face-to-face, in real time, from the comfort of my own home. And not just with one person, but with multiple people at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I don't like about Zoom. I set up a meeting, email the credentials out, and at the appropriate time open the room and it gets populated with my guests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distance and set-up are no longer problems. In the past, I would conduct my classes face-to-face which meant I had to drive to a site and set-up my presentation. With Zoom, I can conduct my classes face-to-face over the screen which means no driving to a site. And there is barely any set-up to conduct a Zoom meeting. I don't even have to dress up for the meeting.
Better conference calls than any other platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy interface, flattering camera, doesnt take that much Wifi to load (although not perfect still better than other platforms like Google meet or Microsoft Teams)
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say, sometimes it glitches when you open a meeting and you're the host - it doesn't recognize that you're the host. Also when my Wifi isnt great it drops me from the call. There should be a low bandwidth option
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication between coworkers and teams when working remotely. I use Zoom for all of my meetings - whether they are large meetings with a lot of attendees or just a one-on-one call with a coworker.
