The standard for videoconferencing

What do you like best about the product?
It just works, and the adoption of it by so many people and organizations means that when you send an invite to someone, they already know how it works.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chat disappearing afterwards can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps by allowing me to work with companies without physically being there. It's also a good tool for conducting interviews with experts for content marketing.

Love being able to Zoom

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use. I love that I just need to share a link and that is all!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be glitchy...not showing someone in the room, saying it won't allow you in etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to connect with clients all over the country on a personal level whereas before it was just a voice convo or I would have to fly out.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Switch feature that allows me jump between devices. When I a zoom in 2 minutes about to happen and need to run to restroom or get power cord or other supplies, I can click switch and be in meeting on my phone and not miss clients logging in. I can greet them, chat to waiting room. Once done with task, I can go back to laptop, hit switch and back in full zoom just like that. Its a snap
What do you dislike about the product?
Audio is not as easy to navigate. Sound issues are not as easy to diagnose or resolve. Whiteboard not so easy to use and compatibility with screen pens need clarifying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom gives me access to my clients and reach to do business and close transactions as would almost as if we were in person. It lets me know when clients devices are not compatible for screen sharing by not showing mouse icon on tool bar om zoom screen.

Very good option for communication & conferencing

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things regarding Zoom is the universal acceptance and adoption of the platform. Whether Windows, Mac, Android or Linux, anyone can access the tech even if you only have a phone without video.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve, especially for Hosts of a larger meeting. I have been in and hosted large meetings (up to 60 people) and switching Hosts or presenters is not always intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whether COVID or simply distance, Zoom allows more than just audio communication. It is easy to set up a quick meeting and accomplish a lot in a small amount of time. Whose under any quarantine or for any other reason not able to meet in person can have a voice.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of using the Desktop Application and Mobile Application. Easy to go back and forth and so easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, this is my go to online video call system - I don't use anything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease and convenience of holding calls with my clients from literally anywhere at anytime.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it easy to share screens whether it is a window or a full screen. And while sharing you can still see other participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some controls are hidden sometimes and they are different depending on which version of the software the host uses. It can get confusing sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows virtual meetings that I used to have to spend hundreds of dollars to do in person.

A Great way to communicate with Clients and peers alike

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to see my clients in person. Before communication was only over the phone or email. SKYPE was cumbersome and hard to use. Zoom has notched up the experience by making it accessible to all and easy to use interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too much Zoom. There is always someone hosting an online masterclass it seems these days and hard to keep focus. I suppose it's good problem to have. It would be helpful to be able to delete a chat in the chat box. I've accidentally sent a chat that was meant for a private chat and went to the group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before it was difficult to get clients to meet over video chat. Now with Zoom, it's super easy and people are also used to the idea of meeting this way now. As a destination wedding photographer, I rarely meet with clients in person. It used to always be over the phone, email or, SKYPE. SKYPE was very hard to use and not intuitive as Zoon. Zoom makes it easy for people to download and just use the app or interface on your computer! Now when I mention chatting over video conference via Zoom, I almost always get a YES! I LOVE being bale to "meet" my potential clients "in person" and they get a glimpst me as well.

Excellent Video Conferencing Solution

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very feature-rich, receives frequent updates, is easy to use, supported across all platforms including the ability to phone in, and the recording feature makes for a great way to document training sessions for future use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really anything to dislike from my experience. When we first started using zoom there was some concern about the security provided but that was quickly addressed in an update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started using zoom as a way to meet when we were unable to be physically present during the onset of the pandemic. Since then we have come to find it extremely helpful in our day to day operations and it has helped to keep people who work in different physical locations to collaborate in more meaningful ways.

Fantastic application

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to access the chat room. I also enjoy recording podcast sessions utilizing the zoom app. Easy to retrieve audio and video files. One link is all I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that we cannot modify how videos look in the recording. It looks bland. An app like streamyard make the video chat room more lively and appealing with more colors and more tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure how zoom is helping me solve the problems. I haven't seen any updates or upgrades in zoom. Hopefully I can make my videos more interesting with more new tools from zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
For my work I meet with people in all kinds of online meeting rooms and I find zoom to be the most intuitive and user-friendly. I can see users comfort is greater than with Teams or Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would have a user assistance section where new users could just click and have a "practice" zoom with someone at zoom. That person could help them get the hang out it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to work with people all over the country and feel connected. The video option is great for accountability but I also like you can hop on via telephone if necessary.
