Changed the way I do business and I can connect with so many more friends. I LOVE ZOOM!!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Our company went to Zoom the day after we went indoors for Covid and we still use it - makes it much easier to see people, more people. I also reconnected with a love of old friends and my family and I started a Sunday at Noon Zoom in March of 2020 and have been there EVERY week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to hug live. Also, you can feel someone when live in a way you cannot on screen. I HATE that the iPhone and Chrome Book cannot have the remote passed - we need signatures and cannot do with these devices and many come on their iPhones. Seems crazy to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used to have to drive to see everyone and also for all our meetings and trainings. Zoom has changed my life - am never going back to how it used to be. Also, can meet with people all over the country plus the ability to hop on a Zoom NOW.

Zooms connectivity and reliability is second to none. Links easily with Google calendar making setting meetings a breeze.

Minimum processor strength needed for dynamic backgrounds without a greenscreen is quite high,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run meetings all day with clients and coworkers, everyone knows where to find me. Having my own Zoom room is such a great benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface that can even be taught to luddites. We have 80 year olds who are now zoom experts.

Some of the options can be confusing. Some of the terms can be ambiguous and make navigation difficult

We had to shut down in person meetings during COVID. This allowed over 200 of us to keep in contact multiple times daily.

Zoom allows people to attend meetings without needing to commit to attending, by needlessly driving to and from.

The view changes that end up hiding chat and meeting acceptance requests when you share a screen is an annoyance.
Another thing is changing the static image when it using a camera... That accessibility cod be improved.

Meeting in person is time consuming and zoom allows for easier attendance.

I used Zoom prior to COVID & still haven't been disappointed!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can share my screen & give people remote control. I'm a financial professional, so these features allowed me to continue to work as needed, in spite of everything needing to be virtual once the COVID shutdowns started.

Very occasionally there are audio or lag issues, but it's so infrequent it's not truly an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to operate remotely, whether that's with out of state clients or for the convenience of not doing in person meetings. Needing to be virtual in COVID was the main issue Zoom solved.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use. I work with a wide variety of age groups and all my customers can figure Zoom out quickly and with ease. I like all the features from blurring the background to multiple people being able to share their screens at once! Click the link you're in! Thats it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot think of anything that I dislike about the platform itself. The only issues I ever have are with connectivity and that has nothing to do with Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I deal with customers from across the USA, Canada, Mexico and occasionally overseas. There's no way I could travel to every customer that I need a meeting with. Zoom makes it possible to have quick face-to-face meetings. I can join meetings on my phone while I'm on the go and I am able to be part of our daily briefing meeting no matter where I am at!

Zoom has enabled me to teach successful and well liked art classes every week.

No downside to Zoom. My students are happy, and therefore I am happy!

I'm able to conduct classes, get feedback on chat, and record and send each session to my students.
Perfect for staying connected and sharing ideas
What do you like best about the product?
You don't need to download anything to use Zoom. Anyone can connect to a meeting or call and it's really user-friendly. Additionally, I find that it's simple even for those who aren't necessarily tech-savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced features are behind a paywall, but that's pretty typical of any service. Also, you do need to have a good connection on both ends if you want a high-quality chat or meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The idea of meeting virtually was pretty non-existent a couple of years ago. I used to have to commute over an hour for certain meetings and now I just hop on a Zoom call in my office.
There just isn't a comparison for the quality and convenience of zoom for big group meetings.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the different views available, where you can see everyone who's speaking or just yourself or just the one speaking. I also like how hosts can mute people if they notice there's some background noise one participant doesn't notice. They don't have to stop the meeting or anything, the host can just politely mute the person without interrupting the current speaker.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's difficult to find a meeting from my account screen, which I take to mean that the account home isn't very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work remotely, so I really need to be able to host meetings online. I also study Hebrew in my spare time and my Hebrew classmates live all around the country.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have high-quality video and Audio during a meeting is essential. Being able to also control those settings like having high Fidelity audio as well as hi bandwith video streaming is important to me.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not really much to be honest. Zoom is pretty much my favorite platform to use for video conferencing and meetings. The only other thing that I would be able to think of is to have the ability to zoom in and out when controlling someone else's screen. Sometimes when controlling someone else's screen the characters on their screen orbit too small and I can barely tell what's going on. There's also a lot of latency and weird glitches sometimes when controlling someone else's screen
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conferencing with people every day is the main way that zoom has been benefiting me. Meeting with people to close sales calls and also discuss other things. I am a music coach and meet with my students over zoom frequently
