Staying connected during uncertain times
What do you like best about the product?
I loved that everyone, even those who are not technologically savvy and those who don't have a lot of money, can join a Zoom meeting and stay connected to a community.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not certain, but I believe that Zoom collects and possibly shares email and data. Hoping this is not the case, but that is certainly a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in the community building business, and sometimes, those we need help from, or those who would like to join our community are far away, or vulnerable to illness. So being able to stay in touch via Zoom has helped our community remain in tact.
Great tool for virtual and hybrid meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of logging in, especially for people who have challenges with technology. Like how customizable the experience can be, sharing screen, saving chats, ability to survey participants, white board.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to share photos in chat. Frustrating to have to log out to change some meeting settings. Wish I could chat with two or three people instead of one or all participants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started using Zoom originally in response to climate change, as a way to reduce our carbon footprint by saving 20 people from making round trip drives to evening meetings. During the pandemic, we were able to continue council and planning meetings for business, personnel, and service planning. And now that we have expanded our congregation to include people who live out of state, Zoom allows us to include everyone in meetings, regardless of their location.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great way to conduct meetings. I use it for Toastmaster meetings, executive committee meetings, travel sales meetings, coaching and training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some people don't have great internet so there could be a lag in what they're saying and what I hear, or their screen freezes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves so much time and money. I don't have to drive to meetings and can attend conferences online.
Reliable business tool with diverse options
What do you like best about the product?
I like live transcripts and the functionality of breakout rooms. I love how webinars work. I like the chat function and recording capabilities. Screen sharing is intuitive. Like virtual background capabilities. Like waiting room function and practice webinar function.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't do breakout rooms in webinars, the chat function can get unwieldy. I wish you offered more training on how to master zoom events and webinars with hands on examples. Best practices etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connectivity to others. I am fully remote and use Zoom for everything. I meet with clients on it, help host events on it, and get to build better relationships because of it.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use. The fact that clients are very comfortable with it. I have enjoyed using the polling features and the breakout groups, and I have had very little technical problems using zoom with client presentations as large as 50+ participants in a regular interactive session.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. It really has met my needs for my virtual presentation business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My business has changed forever due to zoom making it very easy to bring my services right to people's living rooms. My wine event business has taken off thanks to zoom introducing virtual presentations to the world. I prefer using zoom to any of the other systems.

What do you like best about the product?
Engagement features such as whiteboards, polls, and breakout rooms. Plus the filters are so much fun. As a teacher, engagement is so important and more so when teaching virtually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, security issues. But Zoom quickly fixed that. Now, I can't think of anything not to like. I started way back when with Skype, then Google Meet, found Zoom, ❤️ also used Webex, and recently had to useTeams. Zoom beats them all, hands down! IMHO
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whiteboards and polls are ready to use and great for engagement. Zoom was the first to implement breakout rooms and they are a must for personalizing the learning experience. The integration with calendars and co-host functionality makes teamwork seamless.
Very happy with Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Using Zoom is very simple and most people are familiar with it. Easy to access through either mobile, browser or the Zoom app access. The software updates are also easy to use, and screen sharing makes reviewing some information so helpful. Much easier than trying to explain the concept over a phone call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many technical options can make it very confusing. I had to amend my contract recently and tried calling Zoom support for assistance and they were useless. After several phone calls, I eventually found out that you can arrange a private virtual meeting with a Zoom representative. I was so annoyed that this was offered initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes contacting clients very easy if they are not comfortable with in-person contact. You can operate a very productive day with several meetings. The screen share option is probably one of the best options to review the website
Easy, smooth and useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to schedule meetings in advance. Also zoom rooms are a great feature with large groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Technical difficulties. It seems when someone has a hard connection, and they are the presenter that really shows.

Interviewing people across the US and world. It helps us to connect to top tier candidates.
