Love Zoom! So intuitive and easy to use in lots of ways
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and understand. It has lots of useful features for work and leisure uses - the whiteboard is good for online group games with friends and colleagues. Share screen is easy to use. Breakout rooms are useful for big groups and conferences.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to have one button you can press in order to make it so that anyone on the call can share screen without having to ask or swap it back and forth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to connect with colleagues all over the world with one simple web link or a personalized link is so great. It also integrates with my calendar and online booking platforms.
A lifesaver for our church during the COVID pandemic
What do you like best about the product?
We were able to set up our account quickly, and we began meeting and worshiping online. The basic settings were easy to configure. Thankfully, there is a phone option for the few who don't use computers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our biggest challenge was training people who don't use computers much. It took time, but most people were soon on board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Relationships are the lifeblood of church life, and we needed a way to continue meeting during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now that we are able to meet in person again, we continue to offer a connection via Zoom so that others can continue to join in remotely.
I love Zoom! It has saved lots of time and a way to keep in touch that we had not thought of before!
What do you like best about the product?
That you can join a meeting without downloading anything. Easy to join even if you don't know anything about video calls. We also tried Google meet and it captioned
What do you dislike about the product?
not being able to caption a meeting. Working with people with disabilities this would be a great improvement. live captioning would be helpful for people with hearing loss
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being unable to meet with some people in person; being able to meet with someone who isn't in the area; training and webinars; group meetings. We never slowed down during the pandemic

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to teach and consistently reliable. breakout rooms are by far the most valuable piece of zoom conferencing for my attorneys and clients

I dont have any complaints. it works great for all my meetings.

zoom is solving an array of legal matters for my team and attorneys. It's the method we use for Mediation, Depositions and Arbitration. It's how we ultimately win court battles or reach settlements for our clients

The scheduling wondow doesn't always allow me to add guests and it doesn't allow me to put that the meeting is recurring and I have to do a weird work around which can result in many steps

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the program is easy to use and navigate, even for our board members who are not tech savvy. I am able to complete all of my daily "face-to-face" meetings with Zoom, so that I can work from home more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
For those who use the call-in feature, I don't feel that it is as user friendly as the web version. We often have meeting members who struggle to find a call-in number that works for them, which delays our meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now that many staff are working remotely, Zoom allows us "face-to-face" contact. My meetings are more productive and I can easily prepare any documents ahead of time to share on the screen.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to download the App, ability to enhance your picture/video quality/filters, simple to create meetings and copy and send invites. The ability to have a Waiting Room so you can let people in when you're ready!
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't have a corporate account, the meetings are time-limited. Sometimes the sound quality is an issue but unsure if that is also a computer issue. Ability to filter more crisply, or having to download outside filters which some companies don't allow on their server.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During COVID, it allows us to continue to meet and not postpone Committee meetings or Board meetings. It allows us to continue to "see" each other. We can also share screens which is a huge help.
Zoom continued after Covid
What do you like best about the product?
We initially used Zoom for our monthly meetings due to Covid. We originally had all employees meet at one location. Which would require travel and mileage costs. Then when Covid hit we used Zoom to meet virtually for social distancing. Now, even with restrictions lifted we still use Zoom because it is convenient. I also like that we can easily share our screens which is extremely helpful for training situations as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, using the free version we couldn't have meetings longer than 30 minutes. However, with the usefulness and convenience of Zoom, we have the paid version. We can have meetings as long as we need them to be. Plus, all of the extras that come with the paid version is nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has solved our need to have multiple locations meet together without traveling. Also, for those employees that are scheduled off the day of the meetings, they no longer have to travel on a day off for one paid hour for the mandatory meetings. They now can still attend the mandatory paid meeting at home with Zoom.
I was able to keep my therapy practice online and running throughout COVID.
What do you like best about the product?
Utilizing all that Zoom has to offer helped me get my clients online without any disturbance in quanity or quality of therapy sessions. Ease of use made the transition wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had several instances where I sent zoom links out early and they were not received. This could be due to my own difficulties with zoom and online platforms. There were other times I set up new meetings and found it difficult to delete and set up another one. Again possibly my own issue but I am unsure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solved the problem of me providing telehealth services to approximately 250 clients in a short amount of time. Due to the ease of use and effectiveness of this virtual platform I have now gone completely online in my provision of services.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is the most important thing to me. Our Lawyers rely on it to be something they can count on and it almost never fails them. We often get very little time to set up and with it's ease, we only need a little time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Room software doesn't see the camera attached. That could just be an issue with the camera hardware and not the software. Other than that, Zoom has treated us well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving an issue that we discovered when Covid hit. We are able to decrease our costs because we don't have to travel to meet or attend hearings. This has cut our costs by a large margin.
