Easy to use and versatile

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use and versatile. Best for others to join meetings seamlessly as it is so easy to connect even with the most novice online users. Appreciate it as it adds useful features
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any but I hear it might have lower standards for safety abd protection of data. Personally don't know this as a user but just heard about it from others
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connection with others makes training more accessible. Makes connecting with others easier to assist with change and growth. This was significantly improved access and decreased cost

What do you like best about the product?
I like the chats and the little emojis you can use. It's easy to mute and unmute and take video off if you need privacy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find it's hard to set up a meeting - and invite someone, I feel like I'm always trying to figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just being able to interview people from all over without having to meet face to face has been helpful

What do you like best about the product?
There's been a variety of options over the years for meeting software, Zoom has managed to keep on going by being reliable, responsive to service requests, creating different user categories (government, education, etc) and adapting in ways to make it truly useful for engagement in a distributed setting (breakout rooms, whiteboards, chat). It's a great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Living in an area with low bandwidth options the ubiquitous expectations of people to use Zoom is annoying, and I wish that there was an option where people could select "low bandwidth" as a profile setting and then their technical expertise would not be tried as easily. Also, people still haven't figured out mute and unmute, but I don't think that's Zoom's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is smart and looking for ways to stay relevant and even though breakout rooms and whiteboards have been around, they're useful. Accessibility with options like captioning, and recording for captioning and transcription at a later date, those are useful as well, especially for public meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use. If I need to do a last minute call- I can send my team a link and our meeting get's started. Google meets takes forever to set up- while zoom is a piece of cake.
What do you dislike about the product?
How it constantly logs you out. My zoom account has a problem of logging me out after every session. It can get frustrating trying to login. It would be nice to avoid that once in awhile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think communication from team members around the world. I found it easier that team member internationally can hop on via phone call which provides flexibility.

Zoom is The Perfect Tool to Conduct Online Meetings

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to meet with my clients live and in person regardless of their location across the country. I also like that I can meet with multiple people at the same time and that we can break into groups/breakout rooms during our meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the way I see registration reports. When I want to pull a report of unique registrants at a meeting, I want to see all of their information rather than having to pull a second report that shows when they entered and left a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed our company to sign up and easily engage with clients all over the country without the expense of having to travel, stay in hotels, spend money on food, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of using zoom for my virtual business. The price point is accessible for a small business owner and exactly what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of! I would like webinar capabilities on a cheaper plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to meet with clients without the expensive overhead of an office space.

The Zoom Platform Delivers Excellence

What do you like best about the product?
Our organization is global and heavily virtual. The Zoom platform provides all the necessary tools to collaborate effectively across countries and cultures. We have used Zoom for a long time and with recent upgrades and enhanced features showing up over the last couple of years, we could not be happier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike - the customer service and support people are very proactive. We have had little or no problems. Not sure it could get any better. Bravo Zoom!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have acquired over nine separate Zoom accounts for various reasons, and recently Zoom reached out to help us consolidate things for economics and convenience. We did not even have to ask.

What do you like best about the product?
Straightforward billing and UI, and every feature I need is included. The nearly universal adoption of Zoom during the pandemic has made it very easy to connect with others on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The meeting record button is buried in the menu; wish that was displayed on the bottom meeting panel. I also wish co-hosts could co manage breakout rooms while toggling screen sharing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I conduct my 1:1 client business exclusively over Zoom. It connects me with clients, friends, and family around the globe with ease. I also use it for video recording.

Zoom, The Global Connector

What do you like best about the product?
With Zoom, I have a global impact. I have set up meetings and run nervous system support sessions, that used to only be conducted in person, now online. The sharing the computer audio feature is my go to since music is a key ingredient to my service. I also love that I can record my sessions and download parts of it later. It's great for record keeping and notes for sessions. Lastly, break out rooms!! Makes diving up the room in to small groups or 1:1's for practice so much easier than when I was teaching in real life.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I use the calendly app to schedule appointments, it automatically adds them to both my Zoom Meeting calendar and my Gmail calendar.
However, when a meeting gets canceled on Zoom, it doesn't show the cancelation on either my Gmail or Calendly. I have to manually go back and delete it. It's just a small inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would love to learn how to use the whiteboard. This is a feature I can see myself using because I used to have a whiteboard in my classroom/studio. Now, I just premake slides when I teach. There's a lot of features I haven't even begun to explore. I know Zoom is always adding interesting upgrades.

Zoom saved my life!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom saved my life during the pandemic! I had been widowed, just moved into a completely new area of town, and was trying to rebuild my life. Being able to connect during the pandemic with others, not just in my area, but across the country, saved my life. I made new friends, was able to process my grief and get counseling help, all over Zoom. I will be forever grateful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The difficulty is in feeling connected with others when I can't see their eyes or touch them. Sometimes the pictures on the laptop were not clear so it was tough to understand where someone was coming from when they made comments. Emojis help but are not perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making connections with others is huge in my business because I need to establish a relationship of trust with them. All of them are long-distance, so being able to connect on Zoom is critical so they can see my face and get to know me. Without that ability, trust would be difficult to establish.
