Best User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Amazing user experience, helpful tools and always a great connection
What do you dislike about the product?
The 40 minute time limit with the free account is annoying. Upgrading to the unlimited for $20 a month is well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have a seamless user experience is absolutely necessary. Sometimes work calls can be frustrating based on topics discussed an appraiser experience only adds to that frustration

What do you like best about the product?
I like using zoom vs phone conference or another platform because it's easy to access across multiple platforms, it's better than a phone conference because there aren't people talking over each other
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is working good. I haven't had any problems with connectivity, sound or outages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect with customers and vendors alike without the expense of traveling

Another option for connecting for people who are not technically inclined

Allowing connections when the country is so disconnected and so fearful of getting together in groups.
A Modern Essential for Business
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use on both sides of the video call. The chat, custom backgrounds and screen share help us stay focused on the conversation at hand. And Zoom is so versatile. It's easy to create and save recordings for making lessons and meeting records. Zoom integrates with every relevant tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to use Zoom with more tools and in more places.

Zoom helps my business create deeper relationships.

What do you like best about the product?
i can see call people and train them and see them and hear them and mute them and blur or use a totally new and different background to make it look like I'm in an office or outside and blur my skin to make it look better
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the background doesn't work like it doesn't load and since i work from my room I need to have the background be something else not blurred or showing the real background

i don't know what they're solving, if they told me then i would know and how it even will benefit my life but because they haven't then i don't know what problems
A reliable source for video meetings of all kinds!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Quality video connection that I can consistently rely on and tne versatility of various features that allows me to expand when it calls for in regards to my business purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many dislikes at all, but I do wish the recording storage was a little bigger. I also wish a few of the integrations were easier to integrate into my other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to faciliate m the many classes, meetings, etc that I have while also providing recorded content that I can offer to my clients on a long-term basis.
Simply taking the "meeting" to the next level - no boundaries, no concerns about space
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to conduct business with clients all over the country/world. Often, technical conversations can be difficult to conduct with only an email, and we don't always have the capability (or finances) to meet with everyone in person - face to face. Zoom will likely be a software we use for years to come.
What do you dislike about the product?
For those who are less computer literate (our older generation), they tend to find it more stressful and less personal. Some folks don't want to learn how to use the newest gadget, or to purchase a computer camera, etc. We're still at a point in the workforce where we don't have 100% buy-in yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been a great tool to setup productive meetings with clients. It creates a window for keeping conversations on point, and quickly allows all parties involved to get information quickly and get back to work with little wasted time spent on chit-chat.

Zoom makes all meetings possible! I've used it to meet with clients, my staff, and many others. This saves time, gas, and money!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered any downside of using zoom!

It kept our business going during Covid as that was the only way we were able to meet with people! We even did a friends "happy hour" on zoom during Covid!
Meaningful Interaction With Minimal Effort Required!
What do you like best about the product?
Our organization has access to multiple platforms, but Zoom is the most widely accepted and easy-to-use platform out of the bunch. Because of that, attendees aren't late joining meetings because they've never used that platform and it's asking them multiple questions before the connection is made.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love having the Zoom plug-in for my Google meetings, but it doesn't allow me to use our organizational account for that, so there are time limits. It would also be great if there were opportunities to make framing and lighting better that are hard-wired into Zoom itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Even before the pandemic, our national non-profit was remote. Zoom allows us to stay connected and build team culture while being thousands of miles and sometimes multiple time zones apart!
BEST OPTION BY FAR!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of integration with my Square Scheduling makes it easy and effortless to use. Not only for me but for my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really had any major hiccups or concerns with Zoom. It has always been easy and remains so even as it continues to grow!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I meet with clients face to face so having zoom during the pandemic has been amazing.
