Zoom significantly enhanced the way we do business.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease in which my customers can connect with my computer so I can show them the benefits of our custom sinks visually. This is a huge upgrade in our customer service and overall appeal to our prospective customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my perspective, the only negative is that the emails I send to my customers to connect on Zoom often go to their junkmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My website is very large and somewhat difficult to navigate. By sharing my screen with potential customers I am able to navigate quickly to the appropriate pages and photos. This has significantly cut down the time I must spend with clients on the phone. The feedback we have garnered from customers indicates they feel this has been a huge upgrade.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoom is easy to use regardless of the type of device you are using. It was designed to accommodate in-experienced users and function well enough to serve business needs. I also love the filter features and the image enhancement options.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom enabled our business to transition to electronic meetings literally within minutes the first day of stay-at-home orders in 2020. We had some non-technical users and because of Zoom's user-friendly platform we were able to get them up to speed and functional remote. I didn't expect it to be that easy!

Hybrid Workforce!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is by far the best video conferencing product on the market. I've used them all, and Zoom the easiest product for employees to use. Zoom can integrate with so many other softwares (slack, gmail, etc), easy to use in conference rooms, easy to schedule on gcal, etc.

Zoom just makes sense. As a workplace manager, the future of work is hybrid working. Zoom makes employees feel as if they are in the room.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feedback I have is that you cannot upload specific file types in the chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, the world of hybrid working has change the office. Zoom solves problems that go beyond work itself, but helping keep culture alive for office that remain working remotely now.

What do you like best about the product?
My company is entirely remote and we rely on good communication tools to keep our daily operations running. I love the easy to use meeting recording, screen sharing, and most of all audio and visual quality of the meetings. We use zoom daily for team meetings, individual training sessions, team training sessions, webinars, sales meetings, revenue meetings, and meetings with our doctors and their staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of zoom, is that it can be difficult for non users to login to meetings. The toolbar gets in the way during meetings or pops up when we don't need it & we have to wait for it to disappear. Figuring out how to share sound during a meeting is usually a challenge that we have to relearn on the rare times we need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an entirely remote company can be difficult especially when you are training people daily on projects and activities. Without zoom- I don't think I would be able to run my company as effectively as I do now. When I have an employee with technical difficulties or difficulties with a project- I can just say "Let's hop on zoom and figure this out". We work through the process quickly and easily, without the headache of trying to direct someone on how to use a computer blindly over the phone. I've tried other products similar to zoom, but the quailty of the zoom meetings by far was the best and I simply cannot handle the stress or embarrassment of having glitchy meetings with doctors and medical staff whose time is precious.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great for meetings that are short and long meetings. The platform is intuitive and its features are helpful. One of the best things is the ability to record.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that there is always a need for an update. I don't think there should be an update needed every time you log in. It would be helpful if they were automatic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows screen recording which is really helpful for demonstrations and documentation. This option allows the ability to showcase my work. My ability to attract more clients is positively impacted by my use of Zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
So great to schedule meetings directly in my Google calendar. I really appreciate being able to use a customized virtual background & touch-up appearance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Zoom. I think the price of the subscription is a very good value, and it is a vital part of my tutoring business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to reach students that are not local to me. I'm able to screen share and use online tools that make tutoring just as effective as in-person meetings.

Excellent Management Tool for Meetings

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful is the dashboard that links to my upcoming meetings, and easy navigation to plan meetings with optional templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The meeting request can be confusing for some, it's a lot of text and not immediately apparent where the login code or link to join is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making my new hybrid job easier, and if I can't be there in person it's a breeze to set up with colleagues. I haven't had any issues with connection or video/audio quality.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the tool that just works, unlike the other main tools out there. They seem to listen to the needs of their customers and have a strong product management practice.

Breakout rooms that mirror how people actually want to convene sessions. Breakout rooms have only gotten better over time
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been a subscriber for a long time before the pandemic. It would have been nice if you had done something for people who were already subscribers once everyone else started to join.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it easier to have meaningful interactions online as opposed to an audience passively consuming presented content.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Zoom and use it almost daily! I work in podcasting, and I recommend Zoom to my followers and clients, because it's so easy for both the host and guest. Love that it integrates with programs like Calendly... makes my life so much easier! Separate audio tracks per participant is CRUCIAL... I wouldn't be able to use Zoom without that feature! ALSO... what you see is what you get (UNLIKE other podcast recording platforms). The peace of mind knowing that I won't open a recording to lost audio or otherwise is hugely important to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I love Zoom and can tell you're always working to improve the platform! There are a few features that could make the experience much better for sure:

MOST importantly, audio quality. Zoom audio keeps getting better, but it's not quite there yet.

HD video would be my next priority personally. The video quality of Zoom (even with great lighting and a nice web cam) is unusable for social media clips.

Just like we can get separate audio tracks per participant, I would LOVE to be able to get separate video tracks per participant.

The Calendly integration works beautifully; however, there seems to be one fluke I cannot figure out. When automatically scheduling Zoom meetings through Calendly, it puts the guest in a waiting room until the host joins, even if our Zoom settings are set to allow guests to automatically join the meeting. This makes my job as podcast producer hard, when both myself and the guest often need to join before the host. Would love to get this fixed.

There are a few Zoom settings that are the same in multiple places. This makes setting up new accounts very difficult, because even though my client adjusted the setting in one place, they need to go adjust the same setting somewhere else. Would be great if settings could be more streamlined.

As Zoom is now so frequently used by podcasters, it could be very cool to set up a button to adjust all settings for optimal podcast recording... this would be so helpful for new podcasters.

LOVE the screen share feature, but for some reason after the latest update, I have to quit the application I'm sharing in order to end the share. The pop-up box with "chat, record, etc." is nowhere to be found anymore.

Webinars and large meetings are too expensive and would be great to include in the pro package! At least 2x month or something minimal included would be much appreciated.

The support is okay (could def be better), but there are WAY to many emails! Normal, timely responses are MUCH preferred over the current system with multiple emails from Zoom support following every response.

I'm sure there's more, but this is all I can think of quickly off the top of my head!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love being able to record podcast sessions so effortlessly, from anywhere! The sound auto-correction seems to be getting better and better too (for instance, just this morning, my client had a fan in the room that he was unable to turn off, and it seemed like Zoom auto-corrected that for us - we couldn't hear it after a minute or so!).

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use, effective and feature-filled. Currently, zoom is the standard bearer for all video communication. It provides an effortless ability to interface with colleagues in a professional or friendly manner
What do you dislike about the product?
Being an administrator, sometimes setting up access for other, changing settings for who can join a meeting without a host, etc.. can be challenging at first to figure out. These are more advanced settings, so I understand they aren't intuitive, but I've banged my head against things more than I'd like. Granted, once I figure a setting out, I'm done and don't face that issue again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently are a completely remote company. Zoom makes it possible for our team to meet regularly, form a culture and engage with clients and collaborators seamlessly.
