What do you like best about the product?
Everything is integrated meeting chat in one place and very easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to be honest great tool and easy to use

The screen sharing as it helps in conducting tests and stuff

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to create a meeting, join a meeting. You can have many people all at once joining in, and you can even lock the people from speaking, best formal video app in my eyes.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes when the internet is slow, it starts lagging and can take some time to join, rest no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to connect internally and externally with people, It is very helpful if we have any doubts and working in remote, we can easily get on screen sharing and understand how things can be done. Very helpful in organising sessions, and meeting clients online. Makes the connection smooth and help us collaborate.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Workplace about the same as other virtual meeting options. It's relatively easy to use. It tends to have fewer issues with audio/video than Google Meet, and it's definitely a lot better than Teams.

Disclaimer: I'm leaving this review because I received an offer through Upwork to get a gift card for leaving a product review. I chose Zoom Workplace because I use it most often out of the products listed to review.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that it doesn't work nearly as well in the browser. If the app needs updating it can be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We just use it for meetings both internally and with clients

Sometimes call gets disconnected while working and faced technical issues too.

It has helped me a lot in my college time for online classes and also helped me a lot for attending online course.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, the best part is how smooth the transition is from chatting with someone to jumping into a call or huddle. It feels natural and cuts down on the time we waste switching tools or scheduling things. Also, the shared spaces make ongoing projects easier to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels a bit heavy — like it’s trying to do everything at once. It runs fine, but on slower machines or when I’m multitasking, it can lag a bit. Also, a few features feel buried in menus when they should be easier to access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit has been how it simplifies remote collaboration. Our team is spread across time zones, and Zoom Workplace helps us stay in sync without constant check-ins. With the shared boards and chat history, everyone stays in the loop, even if they miss a live meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace allows for meetings to be held from anywhere. It's s convenient way to attend trainings without traveling long distances and to hold meetings when needed. It allows for recording and makes collaboration easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any issues. I feel many of the previous issues have been fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Probably the most beneficial updates have been to microphone use - allowing the host to default to mute upon login or remove microphone ability. This has cut down on feedback issues.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how easy it is to stay connected with my team, no matter where everyone is. The video calls are clear, and I can quickly share my screen or collaborate on documents without any hassle. It really helps us stay organized and productive, especially when we’re working remotely. Plus, the scheduling features make it simple to set up meetings and ensure everyone’s on the same page. Overall, it’s become an essential tool for keeping our business running smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, sometimes Zoom Workplace can feel a bit overwhelming with the number of features, and it’s easy to get distracted or frustrated if the connection isn’t great. There have been a few times when meetings get interrupted or audio drops, which can slow things down. And while I appreciate the tools, I think some of the interface options could be more streamlined—they can be a little confusing at first. Overall, though, I find it helpful, but like any tool, it’s not perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is really helping me stay connected with my team, no matter where everyone is working from. It’s made it much easier to hold meetings, share ideas, and collaborate in real-time without the need to be in the same room. This has saved us time and made communication much smoother. Because we can see and hear each other clearly, it reduces misunderstandings and helps us stay productive. Overall, it’s made remote work much more manageable and efficient for me and my team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease and convenience of this software. Anyone can use it from the comforts of their home, or from the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of would be with the mobile app. It can be a bit difficult for new users to figure out how to toggle the camera and microphone on and off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of my coworkers are remote, so it allows us to stay connected with things like meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been working with Zoom workplace for a while now. My company decided to go with the enterprise version to help with all the interviews and conferencing we use it for. The application is pretty straightforward, where you can integrate with your browser. Implementation is as simple as downloading and installing the platform on your desktop. It integrates well with various applications, but it really depends on your company's policy on using certain applications. I use this on a daily basis for conferencing and interviewing as I work on the talent end. We have our own IT department that takes care of any issues that arise. If you do want to resolve any issues on your own, there is always customer support to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Zoom is that sometimes you may have issues with your video or volume. There can be various factors, like the capability of the hardware you use or even the internet speed you use. I always have people test the links before joining a conference or interview.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom currently helps at my company with video interviews and conferencing. My company has about 5000 employees and it can get very messy with meetings but zoom helps with scheduling and calendaring meeting since the company has employees nationwide.
