Zoom Makes Planning and Scheduling Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Maeking plans and scheduling in Zoom is my go to place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ease of scheduling a call, recording calls, screen sharing, and also the best feature giving access to other to use my screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it is solving is the communication gap between the remote employees. And getting the meeting notes in the end using the AI.

The zoom workplace let's you easily join and host a meeting and let's you connect with multiple people

It is easily accessible and joing a meeting is very user friendly

Perfect for Productive Meetings and Interviews
What do you like best about the product?
Very convenient for a teach to do a meeting and productive interview. It's also connected with google calendar reminders, great! A lot of amazing backgrounds , and break out room feature is fantastic too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will be helpful if there is ai note talker available to use during any meeting

Longer time free meeting is beneficial

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to sync both my calendar and contacts, which makes it easy to manage all my meetings and receive helpful summaries. I also enjoy the AI features, and I like that I can make phone calls with a well-organized call history.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I can't think of any drawbacks, as Zoom has proven to be an excellent tool.

The platform offers features like calendar management, calls, meetings, recordings, as well as AI-generated summaries and assistance.
Reliable Video Meetings, Even on Bad Networks
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace mainly for virtual meetings and team discussions with colleagues across locations. I appreciate that it is reliable, easy to use, and delivers consistent video and audio quality, even with large meetings or participants joining from different networks. The video quality never decreases, even at lower network or internet speeds, so it doesn't require a high-speed internet connection. Once, while traveling by train with a bad network, I was still able to connect on Zoom Workplace without much difficulty or issues, and the meeting went smoothly. The initial setup was very easy, and the better UI, ability to manage meetings, and performance on lower internet speeds were key factors in switching from Webex.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing notifications and meetings overload could be better and some UI part as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to connect with remote teams easily, which reduces travel and coordination hassle. It handles video meetings well even on bad internet, making decisions faster.

Zoom is easy to use and the user interface is great. You can record meeting and use their AI tool to summarize meetings.

Zoom can be a bit laggy but that is the only downside I've experienced.

Essential and Familiar Video Conferencing for Seamless Remote Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
It's a video conferencing tool that everyone is familiar with and is important when we can't meet in person for meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to keep the version up to date or you may not be able to join the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have staff in various locations and Zoom allows us to meet regardless of where we are. We are able to be productive without having to drive into the office.

I really appreciate being able to meet with my customers and share my screen to assist them with any questions or issues they might have.

I have no complaints whatsoever. I truly love everything about it.

Having the ability to view my customers' accounts makes it much easier to guide them through any issues or assist with their workflows.

Very easy to use. Intuitive and has a great core for the stabilization of the calls and the workplace.

On the free side, there is no warning when a meeting is about to be finished .
