Zoom Workplace: A Place for Professional Meetings & Collaborations
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace have feature of Video call/conference, Chatting/message and whiteboard in a same application, no need to switch another application. Quality of video is high and clear in comparison to other applications. All the features are easy to use. It work on both laptop & mobile seamlessly, also it is very easy to switch between two devices. I will frequently use this application for our office meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometime work slow in slow internet also features takes time to load during slow internet speed. User Interface is old type it is not updated too much which gives old vibes. For unlocking all the features there is issue of subscription, we get less features without subscription. Also some time it takes time to upload things in cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In this Single platform i can easily use chat also share some file or notes or any data to other team-mates easily, i need not to switch in another application in between the meeting. Main benefit is that i need not to load another applications for using above features which saves lots of time.

What do you like best about the product?
What i like best about Zoom Workspace is how it consolidates communication and collaboration into a single platform. Having meetings, chat, whiteboard, phone and scheduling all integrated reduces the need to switch between different tools and helps me stay focussed. The platform is highly reliable, even for large meetings and features like AI companion, breakout rooms and persistent whiteboards make collaboration more structured and efficient. It truly function as central hub for my day-to-day work. Implementation was straightforward and i now use it multiple times a day as part of my regular workflow. Its seamless calendar integration also ensures scheduling and follow-ups are simple and efficient, which adds to its overall value as a central hub. Whenever i needed assistance, Zoom customer support has been responsive and helpful and the knowledge base provides clear guidance for most questions, which makes troubleshooting straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom Workspace is reliable overall, the interface can feel crowded when switching between chats, meetings and white boards. Managing permissions during webinars or larger sessions also takes more steps then expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workspace helps solves the challenge of managing multiple tools by bringing scheduling, messaging, meetings and collaboration features into one platform. I no longer have to switch between different apps for chat, calendar or video conferencing, which saves time and keeps my workflow consistent. Screen sharing and virtual classroom features make training and client presentations more effective, while integrated scheduling ensures fewer missed meetings and easier coordination. Overall, it reduces friction in day-to-day work and improves both productivity and communication.
A pleasant experience, although I experienced alot of technical issues due to my internet connection

It makes it pretty easy to connect with the team, looks very professional, and the quality is reliable

If my internet gets a tiny bit slow the app kind of crashes on me but its not that big of a deal

It solves the hassle of attending conferences and webinars on site since alot of people I work with and/or interact with are busy

I find Zoom Workplace perfect for video conferencing, especially for meetings at work. It's very beneficial as it's quick to connect and easy to use, making communication efficient. When you want metting with useful tools like Chats, Hand Up ✋, Screen Sharing, Make a Metting, Shedule Metting with password protection also etc features are available in Zoom Metting Application aur Zoom Web This is make Zoom useful for metting.
