What do you like best about the product?
User friendly interface with all the required features for a perfect meeting or presentation.

As of now the only thing I do not like is it's blur feature, it can be made better.

Clear communication is one of the best feature of this app, by referring to clear communication I am talking about the quality of calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Audio and streaming quality is amazing. Runs well on both laptop and iphone
What do you dislike about the product?
Usability on phone is a bit clunky, have to deep dive into setup menus to change call queues and to get to inhouse contacts requires going in through the dial pad

Zoom Room is great for conference calls with interstate offices

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to schedule calls, whether client-initiated through my scheduler or a repeating workshop or coaching appointment scheduled through the software. The call quality is good with multiple features to enhance the client experience. I use this software almost every day and rely on it fully. The integration with my other apps is a vital part of my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no downsides to report from my experiences.

As a communication coach I need a quality platform to help my clients interact with my services. Zoom's integration with my scheduler automates client bookings and saves me a great deal of time. The ability to screen share and chat is also essential.

I am Sujata and I am using Zoom for the last 2 years and with it my work is smoothly handled.Here we can connect as much people as required without any sound or video quality issue.

It is the best and easy to operate meeting software. Anybody can be able to navigate through it's various options for online meeting.

Some time audio quality is not so good when we are using it without headphones.

When we are far away and it's urgent to meet then it is the platform where we can conduct online meet.
