What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about this is you get everything at one place. So, you don't need to run from apps to apps like scheduling your meeting, chatting, and finding spaces to work. It also helps in reserving work spaces. It caters everyone according to their needs (organizations as well as individuals). The

There is nothing there to dislike or bad about zoom workplace. It serves every user well according to their need. But there is always scope of improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Best thing according to me which is solved by using this is you get a platform where you get all in one kind of thing. So because of this specification it helps in becoming more productive in whatever field you're using it for.

Integration into google calendar, creation reusable meeting links, add attendee ad-hoc
What do you dislike about the product?
I lack of captions, also in mobile version sometimes it is hard to find some features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I provide a lot of meetings using it, having the AI assitant helps me for Meeting Notes preparation. Also with record it is much easier to prepare some training materials.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace incredibly valuable for its ease of use, especially when setting up and sharing meetings. It’s simple to download and get started, which is essential for me and my team. I also appreciate the capability to share meetings via email or link, making collaboration straightforward. The integration of features like commenting within meetings and downloading transcriptions adds to its usability. Regular updates have improved the system further, making it even more user-friendly.

I use the product for organizing meetings remotely, facilitating team coordination when not all are in the office, and easing meeting setup and sharing, including downloading transcriptions.
Reliable for daily QA standups and remote collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
’ve been using Zoom for over a year in my role as a Game QA Tester at Aristocrat. It’s part of our daily routine for sprint standups, bug-review meetings, and cross-team syncs with developers and producers working remotely.
The features I depend on most are screen sharing with remote control (great for reproducing and demonstrating issues), breakout rooms for smaller QA discussions, and meeting recordings for later reference. Calendar integration makes scheduling easy, and the chat during calls helps us share quick links or screenshots without switching tools.
A few times I’ve had minor audio drops on large calls, but Zoom support responded quickly with clear troubleshooting steps. Overall, Zoom keeps our distributed QA and automation teams connected and makes collaboration at Aristocrat much smoother.

It solves the problem of team coordination by providing reliable video meetings, chat, and file sharing—all in one place. The Ease of Use is excellent; even during busy testing or review sessions, it’s simple to set up quick calls and share screens instantly.
A reliable platforms for meetings and collaborations
What do you like best about the product?
The search functionality is powerful, i am able to search across chat messages, meeting transcripts, and whiteboards at the same time. The connection is stable, the audio/video quality is crisp, and features like virtual backgrounds and polling are seamless. The integration of scheduling directly within the app improve workflow and reduced technical issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am also using the mobile version app but the mobile app experience feels bit less intuitive for the "Workplace" features compared to the desktop. sometime while sharing screen it lags but not that big issue for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it solves is information fragmentation. Before, discussions and decisions were scattered across email, a separate chat app, and meeting notes. Now, everything is logged and searchable in this app I really like how seamlessly it integrates chat, meetings, whiteboards, and even document sharing in one place. It can manage back to back meetings without switching between apps. There are lots of templates which u can use it on whiteboard while creating something.

Occasional audio or connectivity glitches still happen, and managing larger meetings can require more manual effort than expected. It’s powerful, but not perfectly streamlined.
