Smooth and Predictable Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has all the features we need, plain and simple. It is predictable, it is intuitive, and it's non-obtrusive when working during a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there was more support for hard of hearing individuals, and more support for interpreters to be present in the meetings. A different setup, maybe picture-and-picture perhaps to attach interpreters to specific meeting members?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is used by most of our clients, so being able to use their preferred video call software without additional costs or burden on us helps us be flexible.

What do you like best about the product?
The zoom videoconference service is the simplest and most robust of the 3 different videoconfernce services I use regularly: Zoom, Teams & Webex. Hands down Zoom is easiest. I use zoom practically every day, many days multiple times per day for meetings and webinar presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont use all the features (chat, calendar, etc)

It is easy to invite persons outside of the organization.

Very intuitive UI. Joining and hosting meetings is fairly simple, even for non-tech-savvy users.

High bandwidth use can make performance laggy for people with weak/unstable internet connections
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many organizations use separate tools for chat, meetings/video, phone calls, document collaboration, scheduling, whiteboarding, etc. Switching between multiple apps is inefficient, causes context switching, and leads to miscommunication or lost information.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the audio and video stay clear most of the time—even when my internet acts up, Zoom manages to hold steady. Features like screen sharing and virtual backgrounds are small but super useful, whether I’m collaborating with my team or just hiding a messy room behind me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I like Zoom, but there are a few things that bug me. The 40-minute cut-off on the free plan can be annoying, and sometimes it feels like there are just too many paid add-ons.

Zoom workplace is solving one of the major issue that is remote connectivity ,it gives me the ease of connecting from Any part of the world with just some internet connectivity.
Backgrounds Make Meetings Less Stressful
What do you like best about the product?
The virtual background feature is a favorite. Working from home, I don’t always have a perfect setting. Being able to blur my background or choose a professional image makes me feel more comfortable during meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing breakout rooms as a host isn’t always smooth. Assigning people or switching them takes too many clicks.

During unexpected events like lockdowns, Zoom solves the problem of business disruption. Teams can continue meeting, planning, and delivering work remotely. It keeps organizations operating even when physical offices are unavailable.

Its really simple to use, quick to connect with team and meetings. And it runs really smooth without any issues

It takes heavy system ram during calls. There are lot of updates. And sometimes the screen lags as well while using the space
