What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to connect and to transfer to other devices while online.
What do you dislike about the product?
Changing profile photos and virtual backgrounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me in setting or attending quick meetings. It's very easy to use even the mobile app version.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace stands out for its ease of use and lightweight design, making it much less cumbersome than many other collaboration tools. The audio and video quality remain consistently high, ensuring that meetings run smoothly and reliably. Its intuitive interface allows even first-time users to become comfortable quickly, without the need for extensive training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop application sometimes takes a while to launch, particularly on slower computers. Additionally, the web version seems less refined and not as intuitive as the full client. Improving the consistency and smoothness of the experience across all platforms would make the product even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace streamlines video conferencing, screen sharing, and team collaboration, making these tasks both straightforward and reliable. By minimizing obstacles during meetings, it enhances communication among distributed teams and offers a centralized platform for real-time interaction. As a result, decision-making becomes quicker, project coordination is more seamless, and technical difficulties are less likely to disrupt important conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workspace brings everything into one place - video meetings, chats, whiteboards, phone etc. The interface is clean & very intuitive. The New AI features like Meeting Summaries works well in Hindi as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom workspace is a resource heavy app leading to some occasional lag & its constantly getting updated which irritates a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Zoom whiteboards we are now less dependent on services like lucid chart for collaboration on day to day projects as all team can find this under their zoom workspace. It has streamlined collaboration, reduced tool fatigue and boosted productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to attend meeting anywhere in the world. It is easy to implement in every company. In my company, every meeting is conducted in zoom meeting. It has many feature such as sharing screen and mark important points.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main disadvantage that I faced in this software is the timeline. I can use this meeting for free only on particular point of time

What do you dislike about the product?
As a guest user, i dont’t get full access to all the features, which can be a bit limiting. Sometimes, the mobile app has a few bugs, like lagging or freezing. And of course, with frequent zoom meetings, the whole “zoom fatigue” can kick in, especially when there are lots of calls in a row

Zoom workplace eliminates the need for multiple tools by combining video calls, chats and phone calls in one place. As a guest, I can easily join meetings without complicated setups. The high quality video and audio make remote interactions feel more real, and breakout rooms help keep discussions focused. It just makes everything smoother and more efficient

One office, accessible anytime and everywhere
What do you like best about the product?
The platform incorporates AI Companion, which offers features like meeting summaries, highlights of key discussion points, and real-time chat summaries. This saves my significant time and helps me catch up on information quickly without having to attend every call or read through long chat threads.

Some organizations may prefer to select and pay for individual best-of-breed tools rather than a single, bundled platform. The all-in-one model may not be the most cost-effective solution for every company

Zoom Workplace addresses the challenges of app fragmentation and communication inefficiency that are common in today's work environments. With the rise of hybrid and remote work, employees frequently have to manage several different tools for meetings, phone calls, chat, and document collaboration. This situation often results in lost time, frequent 'context switching,' and information becoming siloed.

What do you like best about the product?
When we signed up and had access to zoom workplace, it was very simple to use, easy implementation. The best part I enjoyed using it was Mail & Calendar is synced and aso the AI notetaker!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of it was of course the cost and I could not get AI notetaker to start if using from my phone
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is saving time which is the most important aspect of what I do. I am able to save time in the note taking and get back to clients faster.
