It's easy way to connect with any in group or individual
What do you like best about the product?
The video and audio quality are impressive, and the standout features make it easy to connect seamlessly with anyone, no matter where they are.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about the Zoom app. I recommend it to everyone for meeting purposes.

So far, I haven't encountered any issues—everything is running smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use because most people are already familiar with it and generally know how it works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I find it frustrating that you can't always join a meeting without signing in, even though it appears to give you that option when you click the link. It directs you to the Zoom link and suggests opening the app, but it doesn't always connect you directly. I've noticed that people without accounts often have trouble joining my workshops.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate having a platform that allows me to use additional tools, such as screen sharing, to enhance my workshops with visual aids for my students. This feature makes it much easier to present information in a clear and engaging way.
Easy and effective
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to do video calls for interacting with coworkers for meetings as well as prospective and current customers/students is very helpful. We recently upgraded to Zoom phone as well across our university campus and as obnoxious as the changes can be in general, the switch has actually been fairly easy. I appreciate being able to make calls and check voicemails and missed calls all in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides can be mostly the concern of someone uninvited coming into a meeting and hijacking things, as has happened several years back during the pandemic, so it felt a bit slack on security back then, not sure how that's changed in recent years though. And there's inevitably going to be connection issues on one side or the other but that's not a Zoom issue, it's an internet connection issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Constant improvement of features and streamlining how user-friendly it is, which is helpful for our less-tech-savvy employees.
Zoom Workplace brings everything into one platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace combines meetings, chat, and document collaboration in a single tool. It saves time because we don’t need to switch between different apps for video calls, team messaging, and file sharing. The AI Companion is also very helpful - it generates meeting summaries and makes it easier to follow up on action items.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform feels heavy, especially when using video meetings and document collaboration at the same time. Also, customization options for the chat could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces app overload for our team and centralizes communication. Instead of juggling multiple tools for meetings, chats, and documents, we now rely on one platform. This has improved efficiency and reduced costs for extra subscriptions.
Easy and reliable for work and learning
What do you like best about the product?
It’s super easy to join and set up meetings. The video and sound are usually really clear, and I like that I can use it both for work meetings and online courses without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the updates pop up at inconvenient times, and the time limit on the free plan can be a bit annoying. Other than that, it works well for what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily meet with my team, stay connected while working from home, and also take online courses without worrying about technical issues. It saves time and keeps everything organized in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform provides strong business communication features, which makes it effective for meetings, video recording, screen sharing, screen recording, and even controlling another screen to perform various operations. I also appreciate how seamlessly it integrates with tools like MuleSoft, as this helps streamline my workflow.

Sometimes, logging into the platform for business meetings can be tedious and slow, with the process often requiring me to reroute and attempt the login multiple times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for screen sharing, screen recording, and even controlling another screen to perform various operations. Sometimes, when interacting with developers, I need to demonstrate certain logic, and having screen control helps me perform the activity directly on their screen.
An amazing creation that change the way of doing meetings

I remember during Covid 19 year we started using Zoom and still now using it without any problems.

A bit expensive and it’s okay for the offices.

I also like how simple it is for students to join a session—just a link, no complications.

Sometimes the platform uses a lot of system resources, which can be tough for students with older devices. Breakout rooms, while great for group discussions, can occasionally lag or disconnect participants if their internet isn’t stable. It would also help if the interface made advanced teaching tools a little more visible and easier to access.

It solves the challenge of keeping classes interactive through features like screen sharing for lectures and breakout rooms for group work. It also helps with accessibility—recordings let students review lessons at their own pace, and chat functions allow quieter students to participate more comfortably. Overall, it saves time, keeps everyone engaged, and makes online education feel more structured and personal.

Zoom has become a staple in our workday. I have a team that spreads across North America and the UK.
Zoom is easy to use, and the features they keep adding make calls more useful and more fun (whiteboard, avatars, etc)
We also use Zoom Webinars to host training events for our Customer Success teams. It makes it so easy to share information in a cohesive way. Speakers always find presenting simple, and sharing the recording softwares is a breeze.

Zoom tends to force updates right when we are about to join a meeting. This has made me late for important calls in the past.

We have a very dispersed team so Zoom is crucial to our success. We manage to have a super collaborative and positive team environment even without being together.
We also need to share Product information to our Customer Success and Sales teams when we have updates. With Zoom, we can easily make sure everyone is aware of the changes.
