What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace offers a range of tools that make virtual collaboration smooth, such as the whiteboard, polls, emojis, screen sharing, and breakout rooms. It serves as our main conference software and integrates easily with both calendar and email platforms. Creating a meeting link is straightforward, and sharing it across these platforms is simple. We use Zoom Workplace daily to stay connected with our teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that comes to mind as a drawback. While the cost is somewhat high, I believe it is justified by the range of features offered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with the teams virtually has been a key part of my experience. I support them by holding meetings and delivering presentations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

A Reliable All-in-One Tool for Remote Work
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and Implementation. The interface is clean, and everything is organized in one place meetings, chat, calendar, and even whiteboards. The video and audio quality are usually very reliable too. It’s also super reliable for meetings, which is important when working with teams remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can feel a bit heavy, especially when too many features are packed in. It can take a little longer to load or feel laggy on slower devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps bring all our communication and collaboration into one platform. Before, we had to use separate tools for meetings, messaging, file sharing, and scheduling. Now it’s all connected, which saves time and reduces confusion. It also helps our remote team stay on the same page and communicate more smoothly, no matter where people are working from.
Zoom Workplace - Great Connection and Sketching Features, but Free Plan Needs More Minutes
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of connection, stability, and auto-connect after minor disconnects, as well as sketching features during meetings, help a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few more minutes in the free options can be a good idea (Maybe 15 mins more), some terminologies can be changed for better understanding like 'Schedule a Meeting' instead of just 'Schedule'

As of now the easy way to setup meetings, the flexibility in meeting handling and interaction between participants

Ifi generate a scheduled meeting from the workspace for some reason it doesn’t sent the invite to the participant

Overall, it truly makes collaboration feel effortless and intuitive.

What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can feel a bit heavy at times—especially when switching between meetings or using multiple features at once. It also sends a lot of notifications, which can get distracting. Some integrations take a while to load, and the interface, while clean, could be more customizable.

Zoom Workplace addresses the issue of fragmented communication and disjointed workflows. Rather than switching between multiple apps for meetings, chat, and collaboration, I can manage everything within a single platform. At times, Zoom Workplace tends to consume a significant amount of system resources, which can slow down my computer, especially when I have several applications open simultaneously. I have also experienced occasional connection problems or audio delays, which seem to depend on the quality of my internet connection. Additionally, I would appreciate it if the updates were either less frequent or not as heavy.

Zoom helps me stay connected and work better with my team, even when we’re not in the same place. It solves communication problems by making meetings, chats, and file sharing fast and easy. It benefits me because everything is on a single platform, which saves me time, keeps me organized, and makes teamwork much smoother.
Best software to use for webinars with clients
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is really easy to use for my clients when I host a webinar. I host weekly a webinar for my clients based on 7 different countries and try using Microsoft Teams or Google Meet but they are options that my clients don't use frequently and its harder for them to use.
The registration and entering to the meeting process is really simple for them and it's why I use this software.
There is anothe reason for me to use zoom, this meetings are transmitted live on the company YouTube channel and the way I can connect the transmissions is really easy to implement with all the team involved on this tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's a little overpriced considering the pricing for Google meet but this is the software that hepl me to train my clients because its simpler to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem is that my clients are over 50 years old and they need a platform really easy and simple to use. Zoom offer me a really simple registration form and no client installing if the user is visiting the site from a computer, this give me the opportunity to train more of my customers on virtual meetings and.
