Seamless Integration and User-Friendly Video Features Make Daily Use a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
easier for meeting, many software applications are designed with ease of implementation in mind, allowing for straightforward deployment and management, easy and very helpful customer service, I use this daily with no problem, it has a very good video features that I love, By connecting a marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot) with a CRM (e.g., Salesforce), leads can be automatically routed to sales once they reach a specific score. This integration ensures sales teams receive enriched data, such as job titles and engagement history, for more effective outreach

I don't have any complains i am very pleased with the priduct

Zoom Workplace's AI Companion helps track billable hours, improving customer interactions and providing a more focused attention to clients.
Easy Meeting Access and Fun Backgrounds, but Frustrating Time Limits and Connectivity Issues
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to join meetings and share links with other users. Applying background effects, including animations and blur, is also straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a time limit, and even when I have a high-speed broadband connection, I sometimes can't use video and audio at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to share my screen and conduct remote training sessions with ease. The audio remains clear even when I am sharing my screen, which is a big advantage. This has been really helpful in training new trainees.

Zoom Workplace I Absolutely Love, It is great for group and personal meetings, Its very efficient in a high volume work environment.

Zoom Workplace is improving engagement, boosting efficiency, and simplifying workflows through features like AI-powered meeting summaries, integrated chat and video, and cross-platform accessibility.
Zoom Workplace: User-Friendly and Reliable, but Transcript Accuracy Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace has become my preferred platform for hosting meetings and live webinars within my organizations. Its user-friendly interface makes it simple to use, requiring no technical training. Bottomline, it is very easy to use. Additionally, the platform is regularly updated, ensuring it continues to meet clients' evolving needs. This is one of the reasons why I choose to use Zoom over other platforms offering comparable services.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really appreciate almost everything about Zoom. My main wish is for the transcripts to be more accurate, especially when the language changes during a meeting. Since I often interact with a diverse group, Zoom tends to produce transcripts that are sometimes inaccurate due to our varying accents, even though we all speak English.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom for research as well, so, being able to record not only the conversation, but also the facial reactions of interviewees help me generate more meaningful and nuanced data.
On the other hand, Zoom offers close captioning which is a great tool especially in classrooms where some students require accessibility access.

Seamless Integration and Reliable Service with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
Clear phone service, voicemail service makes voicemails readable, team chat keeps in touch throughout the day when there is a question, in integrates well with my outlook calendar and it was super easy to set that up, it was easily implemented into our daily grind, customer support is wonderful and knowledgeable. We use it every day, all day, and no hiccups.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the new way to schedule a meeting is set up. It was very confusing because I was used to the old way which made more sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One-stop for my calendar, phone, and keeping in contact with associates as needed
Great for Delegation, but Limited by Simultaneous Zoom Restrictions
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to be a delegate for other employees zoom account and create links on their behalf.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can only have 2 zooms going at the same time. It would be helpful at least in my role, if there was no limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the world going remote due to covid, it has made my role easier as we can still continue with operations as normal, just virtually by using zoom.

At the moment, I have nothing negative to say because it is very helpful and extremely simple to use.

This product is very convenient, and its safety and security features are excellent.

The AI Companion helps with summarizing meetings, tracking action items, and automating follow‑ups. That helps keep things organized, especially after long or many meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can escalate quickly when one needs advanced features, large webinar capacity, or enterprise‑level tools. Smaller organizations find this expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When people are distributed, it becomes harder to maintain collaboration, visibility, consistent communication, and ensure everyone is up to date. Also, using different tools in different places leads to friction.

I like that Zoom Workplace provides a seamless platform for meetings, chat, and collaboration, all in one place. The interface is user-friendly, and the audio/video quality is reliable even with large teams.

It can be heavy on memory and sometimes lags when switching between meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I feel zoom is the best meeting and video conferencing app. The UI and easy to use interface is really helpful. The AI companion feature is of a great help to summarise the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about but if some knit picking is to be done then, the joibing experience could have been better.
