Seamless Global Collaboration with Zoom Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Zoom Workplace allows us to work from anywhere and collaborate globally. Its user interface is exceptionally clean, which makes navigation a breeze. I'm also impressed by its auto-scaling features for both shared and video images, which outperform other platforms, and the superior green screen functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the integration with the Outlook calendar lacking, as it currently has a join function that redirects people to a team session, which is confusing. I also feel that the general integration with the Outlook calendar is a bit wonky. Additionally, I would like the capability to store Zoom recordings directly to Teams for easier access and organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace allows global collaboration, remote work flexibility, and provides virtual tools like annotations for engineers, improving teamwork and communication.
Convenient Browser Access, but Zoom's UI Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
We can join meeting on web browser and application is not mandatory,its very user friendly for the presenter.

Zoom as product can make UI better and smooth

Zoom let us record whole meeting, so someone is absent that day can see what we have discussed
Zoom Makes Meetings Easy and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great place to have a quick chat or a long meeting, everything about it is very helpful to make meetings even more streamlined than if they were in person. I use it every day with my team

Great for International Meetings, but Video Quality Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom workplace is a good for video conferencing and meetings held internationally anytime, and we use it around 5-6 times daily and it also has a good customer support with the software which has easy to use and implementation
What do you dislike about the product?
The video quality is not good at all even though we have a stable high speed connection and if we share the screen then also we need to end the zoom call and recall then only the screen shares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making international calls and meetings easy by integrating and letting us connect anytime with a privacy code and a meeting link that is good for our business privacy.
Great Connectivity, but Screen Sharing Could Be More Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
It’s the connectivity to all my coworkers and customers. Everyone has it, unlike MS Teams or Google.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I can’t intuitively figure how to share my screen or stop sharing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to show my customers the house the y are buying. I’m also able to show my sales leads houses that are available.
The only collaborative tool we need.

It has all thing we would possibly require. From whiteboard to meetings, team chats, calendar, everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really much. Maybe just that the pricing is a bit high for solo business owners. Free tier is good enough but if anybody needs the upgraded version, can be a bit high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personally, it has all the things I require during a call in one single place. So that way I don't really need any external plugins.
Zoom - Boon for IT Industry
What do you like best about the product?
As we all know that Zoom Workplace is widely used in our day to day life, either we need to connect with our clients or teammates virtually from anywhere at any time, without any worry. But the best thing I like about this is that it provides the Team chat functionality that help me connect with other (client or teammates) to interchange the information regarding our projects, etc., and, the whiteboard functionality help me create high-level flow of my project task to make stakeholders and teammates understand it, which helps me implement the new things effectively in real time, without waiting for a long time when we/they follow up through emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found that, when using Zoom and other competitor tools, zoom transcription is not as feasible as others, as this feature is most of the time helpful while creating minutes of meetings, and it does not have a well structured task planner or project management tools to effectively manage the task status and so on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a software developer, I find it easier to manage my daily tasks by bringing communication and productivity tools together in a single platform. Instead of switching between multiple apps for meetings, chats, event schedules, etc., using this I can handle things in one workspace. And this helps me focus more on development tasks instead of admin tasks to save my valuable time. Its whiteboard and integrated chat help me track sprint progress and resolve blockers with other stakeholder in realtime.
Best for Seamless meetings with a larger group

- The in-app navigation and features like white board or break out facilities.

- Helping schedule meeting before hand. Also restrict it sometimes when it is an exclusive meeting with password

Reliable video meetings, but heavy on system resources
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace remains one of the most stable and widely used platforms for online meetings. The interface is clean, and most people already know how to use it, which makes collaboration easy even with new clients or external partners. I also appreciate the breakout rooms and screen sharing options - they make teaching and team workshops much smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
It consumes a lot of system resources during long calls, especially when multiple participants have their cameras on. The background noise suppression sometimes distorts voices, and updates tend to happen too often. It would also be nice to have more integrated productivity tools without needing third-party apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our remote team coordinate tasks and hold weekly stand-ups efficiently. Despite minor performance issues, it’s still a reliable way to connect and keep everyone aligned across locations.

Zoom Workplace provides a smooth and consistent experience for meetings, team chats, and webinars — all in one place. The interface is clean, the video and audio quality are excellent even on moderate connections, and the integration with calendars and productivity tools makes it easy to manage meetings without switching tabs. It has also made hybrid and remote teamwork far more efficient and engaging
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, larger meetings can consume higher bandwidth, which slightly affects users with slower internet connections. The frequent updates, while improving security, can occasionally interrupt workflows when they occur unexpectedly. Adding a more lightweight version for quick meetings would make it even better.
