Great Experience with Zoom Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
I am using zoom workplace for more than 5 years daily and it has been a wonderful experience. It has very easy to use meetings platform which has chat, phone and whiteboard features. Recent addition of AI features really steps up the game.
What do you dislike about the product?
It a little bit costly for small business and customer support can take some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyday meetings schedule and recording is nightmare for me. Zoom helped me a lot. Its AI companion is the best. I use it for summarize meetings and draf follow ups.

This is a very useful and user-friendly product, and the voice clarity is quite good.

I did not experience any problems with Zoom during my calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Zoom Workplace has been great for remote communication in our workplace, handling everything from town halls to team meetings with minimal drops in audio and video quality. It's incredibly flexible, making it easy to adapt to our needs. The intuitive setup process stood out, allowing me to get everything up and running without any deep searching into the software. I find it solves the critical issue of maintaining communication in a fully remote work environment, helping us collaborate effectively and feel part of a community. Additionally, the price point is reasonable, and the quality of customer support is reassuring.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of any major dislikes about Zoom Workplace. Perhaps the design or the color scheme could be made more energetic and happy.

I use Zoom Workplace to solve remote communication challenges, enabling my fully remote company to interact effectively. It also fosters collaboration by allowing us to see expressions, improving team cohesion and agenda progress.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s super reliable and easy to use for meetings and team calls. I like how clear the video and audio are, and the chat and screen-sharing features make collaboration smooth. It’s great for both quick check-ins and big group meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app uses a lot of internet or lags if the connection isn’t strong. I also wish the breakout room and recording features were a little easier to manage.

Zoom Workplace makes it easy to connect with my team and clients from anywhere. It saves a lot of time and travel since everything can be done over video calls. It also helps with team collaboration through screen sharing, chat, and file sharing, which keeps everyone on the same page and makes work much smoother.

Easy Meeting Tool with Great Calendar Integration and Fun Features
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use for all meetings. The integration of it to the calendar, may it be Outlook, Gmail. It has a couple of features especially the background! Fun and interactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really cannot say anything bad right now - though it could have been better if the free use will be extended to an hour instead of 40-minutes. But hey! who am I to complain - we can always restart the session!
