Quality video calls, AI with room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have a means for videoconferences and calls with my clients facilitates the support medium, and the quality of the service helps our operation.

artificial intelligence can still have improvements for optimal performance

everything is on the same platform, video calls, chat, email, and you are not in different apps
Easy Login, But Slow Loading Times
What do you like best about the product?
I like how accessible and easy it is to login, like if you don’t have an account, you can do it
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes too long to load the meeting and takes some time to connect with the camera/microphone, letting people to always say “can you hear me”

Whenever there needs to be communication with someone professionally, virtually, zoom is always the one to go with. And I’ve also done school during covid

To be honest, there isn’t much to criticize. Zoom Workplace has made our collaboration so much more efficient that it’s difficult to find any real faults. If I were to be picky, I’d mention the occasional glitches or slight delays in syncing between devices, which can be a little annoying. However, these issues are infrequent and typically get resolved quickly. All in all, the platform provides a consistently smooth and dependable experience.

I also find the screen sharing and recording features particularly useful for collaborating with others and for reviewing information later on. All in all, it saves me a lot of time and helps me remain organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, it takes a little longer to join a meeting, and the connection may lag, particularly when there are many participants. Additionally, some settings are not immediately visible and can be difficult to locate. I think it would be much better if the interface were more streamlined.

This helps save travel time and ensures everyone stays connected, enabling me to work more efficiently from anywhere. I also appreciate the option to record important discussions, as it lets me review them later and improves both my productivity and organization.
