Zoom provides high quality video conferencing experience at the minimal cost to our business
What do you like best about the product?
Its features are excellent & it's easy to use for our users from diverse departments on any device from anywhere without any technical experience. It enables us to stay connected with our Field Sales & SErvice Staff continuously. We have solved many of our customer's onsite problems instantly using the Zoom Video Conferencing facility. We use the chat feature to make notes and maintain records of the Minutes of the Meetings. We also use the facility of recording the session for future reference. It's ideal for online training when our users are widely dispersed and attend the session while in the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
The timings of a free session need to be rethought. We feel it must be allowed for a video meeting length of at least 60 minutes and not just 40 minutes. We can not provide a licensed version to everyone, especially those not front-facing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been an excellent tool for our small organization during pandemic times when all our team members operate from different locations. It enabled us to stay connected daily and engage better with each other. Now, it has become a daily feature of our organization, and we connect with our branch offices with the help of Zoom Video Conferences.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's one of the most intuitive video conferencing platforms that provides all the features, including good audio/video quality, group chatting, hand raising, sharing the screen, recording the sessions, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
In zoom what I like most about it is it uses multiple room in a single meeting which help us to engage a particular group within their members and anytime again we can all come out of it and make fully interactive meeting. It's allows us vote which is really cool. Also, various kinds of layout are available here which help me to be comfortable as per my need. Like if I want I can do only presenter then I will only presenter in my screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apart of all good features there are something that I really didn't like which is it's video quality is very low. It takes very high speed internet overwise it's start getting reconnecting. Also this application didn't work in mobile phone without application installed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has a crucial role during the time of COVID. As COVID is increasing rapidly day by day it was the only way through which our works remains continued. My childrens are attending online classes which is only due to zoom. It has various benifits like with the support of zoom in work culture various companies are now providing job opportunities with remote work from our comfort of home.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly Recommended for personal and professional use both. Because it provides 30-50min zoom meeting limit for totally free. Which is quite enough for personal use.

Zoom Workplace can improve its overall app performance, as it sometimes feels heavy. The interface could also be more intuitive, especially when switching between meetings, chat, and whiteboards

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is about the video conference and Audio-Visual features, it is great and we can integrate the app with gmail Calendar as well. Being in the same zoom call we can create breakout rooms so that we can chat in different rooms.
Zoom is easily accessible with just few clicks
Multiple screen views to show just what is needed via share screen is awesome.
Recording feature has helped a ton.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much as we are using zoom from the start in our organisation. It has helped us a ton.

We are having meetups, cultural program, sessions on zoom for our organisation. Having breakout rooms and integrated apps like gmail have solved much of our problem with calendar schedule.
Multiple screen views has helped to show the just the right screen to the viewer.
Cross device flexibility is amazing as multiple users will get the same thing on their screen regardless of the device they are using.
Voice detection has helped us to understand who is speaking in a meeting to 20+ members.
Having a conference call daily on zoom is an awesome experience overall.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to schedule a call, there's the free version which allows you 45 min of a video call, or the premium one that can be as long as you need. Is perfect for team meetings, fast calls and you can also screen share if you wanna show something specifically. I've been using Zoom for years now, and is my to-go App when I need to have a call with my coworkers or even friends.
What do you dislike about the product?
Of course, when using this type of software requires having strong Wi-Fi, if not, sound or video may fail. Sometimes when using video the quality is not that good but it still works. Lately, Zoom has been acting weird, people in a zoom call can't open their mics unless the host gives them access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic, I started using Zoom for all my team meetings, conferences, work meetings and even talking to friends when we couldn't go out. Now that all my team is based in another country, is great to have a tool like Zoom to have calls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend having a premium account since it gives you unlimited time on calls which is always great working in a remote job.

Seamless video conferencing. Options to create multiple breakout rooms to have numerous groups of members. Excellent chatting options are available. Easy to take up the control as host or to make someone co-host. Smooth screen sharing feature along with annotating option. Best way to conduct a meeting or online classes. The number of people to join at a time is magnificent.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the host closes the meeting by mistake, all the breakout rooms collapse without any notice. Whoever joins after some chats are shared is unable to view the chat history. I need to share the previous conversations to make them view. Rest everything feels alright.

3. We can change the background.
4. There is an audience raise hand option, where anyone can raise the hand, and the speaker knows that someone has some doubts / asks.
5. Host can completely control the entire session like they can mute/unmute any audience.
6. We can access this from the phone laptop tab anything, and it's not mandatory to have the Zoom app installed. It gives us the feasibility to access the Zoom meeting from the browser too.
