What do you like best about the product?
I could connect with all my teammates while working from home due to COVID. As I was a project manager and coach I needed to contact and perform virtual visits at that time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Okay, personally I didn't dislike Zoom. But some of my colleagues find it difficult to join with a browser and they downloaded the app but it seems it is not that mobile device friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working from the home of course and communication is on just because of zoom. Even we are having our international seminars via Zoom which is awesome. I really feel relieved.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, very good stability on low connection internet, Great for video conferencing. From the time of the pandemic to till date doing office meetings, and client meetings it works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are multiple points that I hated using it. 1. While if you are using the free version or your client who doesn't have a subscription to Zoom arranged a meeting over Zoom it has a time limit of 40 minutes and after 40 minutes it disconnects. Probably it's a business policy but for 1-2 meetings for the free users, they could have been allowing a minimum of 60 minutes. 2. Zoom should allow its user to have small packages, like pay per use or 5-10 meeting packages like that. Purchasing monthly and annual subscription is a bit expensive for small business firms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is the best tool for video conferences and meetings. Its sharing and whiteboard features are wonderful and solve all the common office conferences and meetings on the web. It's easily accessible from all devices. I can easily arrange meetings from mobile and conduct the meeting on the same.

It needs good internet connectivity for attending video calls and recording the complete meeting.

Zoom helps me a lot to discuss the business requirement online face to face during COVID.

A quality video calling solution that suites my educational & business requirement
What do you like best about the product?
They offer unlimited free video calls for up to 30 minutes. I have used both the free and paid version. The background blur and audio/video quality are better than other alternative apps. One of my favourite features is screen share and group/personal chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to log in again and again on the Zoom app on my Macbook Pro M1 which is very annoying. Otherwise, I don't think there are any issues. The app is super user friendly.

It helps me and my team in daily communication, solving business problems, and connecting with our clients & business partners. Train our team & debug any issues.
My go-to software for meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it convenient to stay connected with everyone since it's free to use and requires no setup time. It takes a couple of seconds to get a meeting running if you're wanting to talk to someone in your contacts list. You can run meetings with multiple people after sending them invites. The convenience factor is that you can reuse your meeting chat room to discuss and host meetings as and when you need to. You won't have to reinvite everyone again, saving you the time if you're using Zoom to talk to the same set of people regularly for work, classes, business discussions, etc. The overall smoothness of Zoom when having meetings, video calls, sharing screens and files, and presenting makes it the best software for working at home. It's intuitive and has cross-platform applications for every device so that you can meet and work from anywhere. For web development, I've found Zoom to be the most suitable as it allows my colleagues and me to collaborate on our work through docs and text files. We can co-edit them during our meetings without having to use a third-party program to allow collaboration. Zoom has it all built-in and since we have integrated Dropbox with Zoom, we can save any work we do on Dropbox instead of locally on our computer. One of the strongest aspects of Zoom is screen-sharing, which is the bread and butter for collaboration. You can share your running applications with the people you're in meetings with to collaborate, receive feedback, brainstorm and tackle problems, and teach. This feature not only serves us a great use while working but also in training courses with interns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is a heavy load on any device you use it on. On the computer, partaking in meetings longer than an hour will gradually increase the load it takes on your CPU. On portable devices such as phones and iPads, the battery drain is also heavy. They should work on making Zoom more lightweight or release a lite version of the software that is more battery-friendly.

Ever since we began working from home, Zoom became the go-to software for all our remote networking needs. Easy-to-set up meetings and cross-platform calls make it a tool of viability for at-home collaboration and work management. Co-editing docs and collaborating on projects have been made easy through Zoom's integrated platform where we can work as a unit and handle all the file management over cloud hosting apps. We can hold meetings in real-time with people from any country, which has been the most beneficial aspect as we have clients from Europe and southeast Asia to communicate with on a regular basis. With Zoom, we can set up secure meetings through private IDs and screen share any media and presentations. Zoom supports creating breakout rooms, a feature that helps you communicate with one or more participants from an existing meeting in a smaller room. This has been helpful when we're working with interns and we can create breakout rooms for any questions they have or provide assistance without the presence of every participant in the main room. Zoom rooms have galleries you can browse, where we can find screenshots shared in a convenient manner. During our work hours, we often share screenshots of common errors we run into, their debugging methods, and templates. The gallery on Zoom makes it easier to keep track of all the images and refer to any of the previously shared ones to deal with syntax errors we come across during web development.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Zoom for meetings. However, if you're using Zoom on a laptop or mobile phone, I would highly suggest having your charger plugged in if your conferences are going to last long as Zoom isn't battery-friendly.
User Friendly Web Call Application
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is very user-friendly. You don't need to be a computer wiz to use it. It explains itself along the way and is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it doesn't seem to have a built-in security, but I can use my ExpressVPN along with it to ease my mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having client meetings without having them download any software. Zoom is so widely used that pretty much everyone has it and I don't need to try to teach someone or hold their hand through a simple call.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is good because alot of other people have it. I have personally been wanting to try out GoogleMeets but no one else uses it so it is hard to try it out.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about the zoom meeting app is it offers free video conference for multiple users for limited period of time and also have options for the multiple users for more time and compare to other meeting apps I think it is much better.

The thing I don't like is the time limit and the participants limit. It should be increased, which will help free users.

By using the zoom app I can arrange the meetings for multiple users and they can join using Mobile phone, PC, laptop, Tablets etc.
Also, it is protected by password by will it will be a privacy and can share the meeting links instantly with meeting members.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature in zoom, according to me, is screen sharing. Everytime when I need to share something to the meet members, I just switch to screen share and convey my message.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have never come across any technical issue on zoom till now, however, sometime, I experienced a little voice lag during the meet. Apart from that, I think it's an amazing app for official as well as casual virtual meets.

In terms of solution, zoom enables me to connect with my team members anytime. Armed with numerous advanced features, it makes the overall communication process more feasible.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a very good app where I can connect my classmates during our online class. It is one of the app that we used today especially during these pandemic and virtual learning. Zoom is a high quality app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I don't like zoom especially that I'm using a phone during our class is that if you leave the zoom due to some reasons like internet connectivity the host can be notify if your going to in again.

The things that has realized me is that the app has a very good access to education especially now that we're in a virtual setting. It has equal opportunities for teachers and me as a student regardless of location.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been a life saver during the pandemic, as it allowed business to carry on their business and planning. It is fantastic and easy to use for meetings, classes, mini seminars. It works excellently for businesses of any size and has a variety of packages to choose from. Easy access for everyone, even for people who are not very tech savvy. Love the fact that when you want to schedule the meeting, Zoom generates the meeting ID automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any particular problem with Zoom, but using it through a mobile, it might sometimes be a bit tricky in locating the buttons.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes meetings and seminars far easier to schedule and plan, especially when there are many people involved. Lifesaver during the pandemic, since it provided the means to keep things done.
