One of the best video conferencing platform
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very user friendly and smooth. I always use zoom for any office meeting. It is really easy to use and convenient. Also the video and call quality is really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many say it is not secure. Few bugs can be fixed and made more smooth to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps to do meeting with my team during work from home. It also helped a lot during lockdown.
Best tool for informal and small formal meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom offers very easy way to connect and and share meeting without need to login while joining as participant. Also it has screen control which offers full control of hosts system. Anyone with meeting link can join easily. Mostly the full screen view of host screenshare or the video is good advantage which cannot be possible in few applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
For formal and office usewhere there are teams and adding the teams in different meetings is not possible in zoom which is done in Teams. This feature shouldbe made available. Also the pricing and capacity is one reason to dislike. It doesn't provide free unlimited meeting for normal users which is a drawback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily and quickly connect to friends to study, share screen an ld discuss and have conference where screen share is required. Also during pandemic when everything went virtual many gatherings, meetings were conducted easily in zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of using zoom. It has very simplified and easy to use interface which is very intuitive. I had a great experience using zoom and our team uses it very efficiently.

Nothing much to complain, we love using the platform and it is great to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are doing our regular office meet on zoom which has helped us immensely in doing remote jobs from the comfort of our home. It has allowed our team to interact with customers and provide them remote services as well.

The starting of the meeting is quick and easy

An invite anyone by just copying and sending the meeting link to anyone. The security features are very good in the zoom. The host has many features to control other users.

Sometimes the connection problem occur while we are in the meeting. It is not getting reconnected again after the internet is stable. It will be good if it is improved.

It is facilitating the easy communication with anyone outside the organization. It's not very difficult like other communication softwares. This is the best one in zoom

The person who creates zoom meeting, has to be available to open the zoom meeting.
Provision of allocating co-host while creating the zoom meeting can be helpful if the host is not sure to be available for initiating zoom meeting.

zoom had been the first online platform for World Vision International Nepal to connect remotely with members of WVI Nepal, Partner NGOs, government stakeholders, beneficiaries and those others who did not have internet connectivity at rural areas of Nepal.
A really valid software for video interviews
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it's simple to use. Unfortunately, I never hosted a video call. So I can't judge it as host. But I participated in many video job interviews and calls, along with webinars, that were held in various countries. I occasionally used this software to attend a course. I never encountered a technical problem so far.

So far, there is nothing I dislike in particular.

the user interface is great and but when you share your screen sometime the screenshare object on the top doesnot hide, causing us unable to click on right tabs of excel or word while sharing. The camera quality needs to be more clear

What do you like best about the product?
Easy collaboration tool, used to share the screen, for giving presentation, one of the most used tools during the covid time. Which helps us to communicate without any intervention. Which has good audio and video quality and the ability to change the background which is quite a lovable thing about the zoom app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The issue with is app is faced some random call drops even though the signal has good strength and also some lagging in the audio and also while giving presentation also. It is like open source if the authentication and security are improved it can improve its usage in the IT sector also along with the educational sector.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have used to conduct some meetings regarding the projects which are lined up at the start of the covid just to communicate about the basic information because of its security issues as it is easy to use and used for a good illustration of the project because of its visual graphics.
Safe and comfortable application for business and personal communication
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is one the top communication application. The best part is the communications are encrypted and hence can be used for business purpose. They are industry leaders and no doubt the interface is super easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ofcourse like any other organisation they need to make money and they have premium accounts for longer and safer communications. The free app restricts to 40 minutes of a stretch meeting which gets annoying when you are in the middle of important communication.

Secure communication is very difficult as most applications are prone to MAN IN THE MIDDLE ATTACK. Zoom is so far very secure for confidential communication. The other problem with communication applications is the user interface. Zooms interface is very simple and easy to use.
