It's smooth also the features are way too good for the users as it provides lots of unique features.
What do you like best about the product?
Connecting to n number of peoples with same features also the telecasting on YouTube for viewers. Even we have gone many times with Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just bit heavy some times lagging a bit. App becomes more heavy for some device. Should Focus on device convenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom basically solved the telecasting problem with n numbers of members in the meeting also including the highlighting the speaker.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a superb platform where multiple persons can digitally meet & interact with or without video. After the pandemic for my daily meetings, I need to engage with Zoom call where there are more than 40 employees engaging and interacting where we use to meet physically everything changed into this new digital way to interact. It has great features like we can screen share on it and do several presentations. zoom really helped me in getting in touch with my organization and my team without it it was kind of impossible to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
there are no such things which I don't like about it but I would like to mention one thing that some screen sharing option doesn't work and it really pity situation and people start complaining that they can't see the presentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped me a lot with working remotely from the office since I was an operation manager handling over 90 staff in my team and it was really important to connect to make connections with them. There were also superiors to whom we report that meetings presentations whole thing came on zoom call at that time. Zoom also helped me to connect from my cell phone my home is in the village network was bad but I can still have conversations from zoom call although it was only possible when switched it to audio-only.

Zoom provides a wide range of functionality like sharing large files over the chat along with a very good interface which is very attractive and easy to use for beginner also

For non-subscription user who is not taking paid license, there is a time limit for it some new feature should be added in the whiteboard to make the tool more attractive

Zoom provides better quality video and meeting conferencing tool that heps people to connect at one platform without any user restriction if we have paid subscription license

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is significantly better than any of its closest competitors. It provides the best video quality and many options to make you more presentable even in a dim light setting. The breakout rooms feature of Zoom is particularly helpful when you are organizing large events online.
What do you dislike about the product?
Starting or Inviting someone into a Zoom meeting is a little bit slow. Nevertheless, the performance during a meet is seamless. During slow Internet, Zoom lags a bit when compared to G Meet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps us arrange Business meetings and events over the Internet. It works great even with hundreds of participants. The breakout room feature makes these events more interesting as it allows users to create mini-meetings inside the main meeting.

1. The virtual background is very choopy without a green screen.

I am working from home and zoom is the saviour when it comes to e-meeting. I do all my meets and syncups with co worker on zoom only.

Zoom- perfect for video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use. User experience is excellent. The call and video quality is very good. It easily outperforms other video chat apps like Google meet and Skype. Users can simple download an app on the mobile and start using zoom. Screen sharing and annotations are some important and useful features of zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is limited to 100 users for free plan. Users need to buy a plan to increase this limit. Sessions with free plan will run only for 40 mins. It consumes a lot of the CPU processing capacity which is not good. It could have been much lighter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use zoom for day to day calls. During is COVID times everything is happening online so video meets are important. As a team zoom makes us much more productive. It's user friendly less complicated user interface saves our time and increase our productive
Making social interactions personable while virtual
What do you like best about the product?
I truly love the interface of Zoom! I've used the software in both work and educational setting for meetings, class, trainings, and even social hangouts. I think Zoom provides better video quality and features as compared to Skype or Google Meets. As a host, there's a lot of controls available as well. Some of my favorite are the mute all control, whiteboard activity option, and share screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't realize that free Zoom's cap at 40 minutes until I kept getting kicked out of my calls. Makes sense because every business needs a way to make money, but definitely a bit inconvenient when my account is on the freemium at my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a fully remote worker, so Zoom allows me to do my job. The option of remote work has been a game changer, and with Zoom I do still feel like I have the social interaction benefits of in-person work.

The application is simple to use, whether you're using a PC or a phone.

I don't see any disadvantages in using the application. The most annoying thing to me is how difficult it is to ensure data protection. Since the beginning of the year, there has been a lot of criticism about Zoom providing third parties with data without permission, as well as monitoring participants' attention without prior permission, which has been deemed an invasion of privacy.

Meeting connections allow you to participate in conferences. Chat, document sharing, and whiteboarding are just a few of the available features.
Most grossing app for meeting but not sure about privacy
What do you like best about the product?
i think This is the first meeting app which was got popular and still it is. Their meetings are easy to join and both mobile and desktop versions' UI good but improvement can be done as sometimes we lost to find the right tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
This uses paid inputs to get recording i think more than 1 hour so either reduce charge or extend time. UI should improve bcz I lost one time when searching right option. I couldn't find the transcript option for other language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Short meeting can be organised on this and everyone can use this without hassle. This app is stable so didn't face any connection issue while using then other apps.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a easy-to-use tool. Zoom has all the features I need to deliver an excellent digital experience for our customers and prospects. The webinar session is the best feature and the statistics module.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more options on the webinars sessions like be able to open cameras or mics so we get more live interactions with our customers/prospects or partners.

Helps me deliver the company message to new markets even where we don't have a physical presence or partners. Helps me train partners across the region. Helps me save time on the follow-up of new leads thanks to the automated integration with salesforce.
