What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is the feeling of being overwhelm at times. Since so many features and updates have been made it causes glitches to happen during meetings and it is very easy to get lost exploring the software. In addition, with the internet connection on zoom it can cause issues with audio or video quality. Even though, it is an updated software in this generation and a useful tool overall, these problems can make it frustrating to use at times.

The AI functionalities and its ability to work across platforms significantly enhance my workflow. I also appreciate the integration with Outlook, which has been seamless. The platform's ease of setup and use stands out, especially in comparison to Skype or Teams. I love the transcription and summarization features, which contribute to a real-time experience, especially with the virtual and video backgrounds.

I think so far an individual can only add a virtual background, but not a video background.
