Full of features
What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to host a free meeting with your colleagues, students and friends. And with premium it allows to use a full pack of features which makes it stand out from all the other video conferencing platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
But the only con is that it only allows you to host a free meeting for 40 mins then you've to arrange a meeting again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the covid times, all the businesses were impacted badly and shut down so for collaboration for the meetings, sessions and seminars organizations adopted these video conferencing apps to resolve their problem and keep running the business. It is helpful to collaborate with the team while working from home following all the covid restrictions.
A free, non restrictive, user friendly video conferencing software
What do you like best about the product?
That you can use it even if you don't install, very user friendly to join any video conference. No need to sign up, you can just go and join the call. No much of a security check needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI designed is not too much user friendly. Sometimes you don't know who is talking as the signs are diff than other conventional chat program. Worst is, 1 min before the call, it will ask you to join install which is kind of confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have to worry about any paid siftwares, its encrypted and can be integrated with calendars. Little tricky UI but with the features that we can avail are pretty satisfactory.

What do you like best about the product?
Less Interenet Data consuming and Less computer memory with Hasslefree usability with simple UI design which do not confuse users in different options and smooth meeting experience even in slow speed as compared from other competitors such as teams, webex, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacks some of advanced features such as adding up of contacts and instant messaging feature for which organisation has to depend on other rivals such as teams and slack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving problem where most of the meeting application require high and stable speed for smooth ongoing but zoom manages to work smoothly even in slow speed without any buffering even in hardest disruptions.
For remotly located users who do not have promising good internet speed on the go for all time they can go with zoom as it also consumes less data with speed and will be affordable in usability.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely user friendly, for kids and adults, can have numerous amount on people on a call and it can also be recorder in case someone missed the call, can also share screens Nd audio
What do you dislike about the product?
My son had to use it for school and it was limited to only 40mins, it was a bit of an inconvenience but I heard it was because it was a free trail but apart from that, all good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helped alot for school during COVID and also work, this helped with seeing families and friends in a rough time, it was and is really a great app for work, school and just socializing

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing in zoom is annote and remote acess i think it's the best feature with chat support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The think is when we are connected only single person in a meeting then call gets disconnected after 40 minutes this can be increased to 1 hour for geniune corporate customers who create account using corporate email id

In the previous pandemic year due to covid 19 the zoom help us to connect over call discuss and presentation for office or schools with the free 40 min feature. Also the zoom annote feature helped us to avoid using team viewer and any desk with a good video call.
Simple and Reliable

No complications, easy to install, easy to use. Almost everyone uses or has used it and has it installed on their computer or mobile

Not so great for large groups if you are running the free version

Quickly meet with someone, do online presentations, online training with group activities (breakout rooms come in handy)

What do you like best about the product?
zoom meeting is the best application to connect people through the internet. Its user-friendly interface makes it very awesome for anyone to use. The beautiful feature is to create a virtual background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes in zoom has a lagging issue in Video and Audio. The mobile bile application is not very user-friendly. Screen sharing is not responding quickly in old versions laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During COVID to go office is not possible many of meeting or training session was helpful. With the help of zoom, we saves our jobs and mental stress. Zoom meeting is a lifeline during COVID.

What do you like best about the product?
I personally feel It's is the best app for online meetings. Anyone can join via phone/laptop by just a single click of the invite link. Because of it's best performance only it's been recognized by almost everyone, mostly someone who is looking for a job Or use to take daily meetings. You can share documents or your whole screen and it also has a whiteboard option which I really like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well it's good but yes it does lags sometime if I connect my headphone in middle of the meeting because of which I need to rejoin the meeting. Its small thing but really annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly use for taking update/reports over team meeting via zoom call. It's easy to Schedule a meeting call over zoom so I prefer it the most. I also used to take interviews via zoom itself.

Annotate and notes/whiteboard, along with the pen/marker.
It really helps illustrate my point when something needs to be demonstrated.
Coming to plans, I love the fact that there is a free plan available which has a 40 min limit per video call. This is adequate for a lot of small businesses.

It doesn't work well on lo w bandwidth.

Zoom - The way to communicate
What do you like best about the product?
One of the easy ways to conduct live interactive sessions. the annotation tool is very helpful in explaining more briefly the concepts. No lag and delay in the sessions, and supports a large audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time is very limited for free users, it should increase to at least 1 hr. Break out room feature to be added to premium users. Lack of comment control, should support 4k
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Convey my expression using the annotation tool, it helps me a lot to deliver what is in my mind. Through premium subscription I can deliver content to larger audience and supports online streaming
