Best for scheduling an online meeting
What do you like best about the product?
This works best for me as I can schedule my zoom meeting daily directly from chrome rather than opening zoom separately and doing the same. It saves time for people who works online.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lags certain options which we have while starting the meeting from zoom app like the option to choose personal room meeting. It can improve with time more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves some clicks for a bussy and regular online working professional as it can directly schedule a meeting from chrome rather than signing in on zoom app and then doing it also it reminds us before time to join the meeting. This works like a charm.

Zoom makes it convenient to get in touch with and see others when you are multiple miles are circumstancs have caused you to not be able to be together in-person.

It is difficult to ask a group of people a question and expect everyone to talk becuase it is not easy for everyone to talk at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been solving the problem of not being able to go to work and see people and get things done. This has benefitted me by allowing me to get my education and still meet with co-workers while at home.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many things I like about Zoom, it always gets me out of trouble for urgent meetings, I can organize meetings with my coworkers and according to their availability, I like that I can record the meetings and save them in the cloud because this serves as a basis for organizing future projects and plans according to the ideas raised in the meeting. Another thing I like about this software is that you can share the screen and allows other people to view what I am doing, a very innovative remote access.
In addition, I can use a timer that pauses the meeting and after the added time the meeting restarts automatically, this is something that I and my coworkers like because we can take a break and then continue working. Also, you can make signs and they are activated on the screen, and I can dismiss or postpone the meeting with just one button, without much protocol.

What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom works very well, but from my point of view it should improve certain things like:
1. Screen sharing does not allow others to demonstrate the screen they are sharing with you, such as annotating, pointing, or flipping.
2. First the meeting starts and then you can make all the notifications, this should be before the start of the meeting.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have obtained many benefits thanks to Zoom, I am more connected with my coworkers, we have improved work plans because we have dedicated more time to it, I can keep up with all the things of the company and I have dedicated more time to my home because now I can do a remote job. I can also make a presentation to improve workplace communication, this makes it more dynamic and effective.
In addition, due to the workload, sometimes I travel a lot to other countries, therefore, through this software, I am always aware of the company, of all the projects to be carried out and of the daily tasks, thanks to Zoom I cover all my work at the perfection. The links are safe, there is nothing to worry about when sharing them.

If you work with many people and you like or need to keep in contact with your clients, I recommend that you use Zoom, it is very economical and it is also a long-term investment, it is not only useful for your business but it can also be used to communicate with other people. Get Zoom, it does not limit you, you have full control of the account, I have used many applications of this type, but Zoom is the best.

What I most like about zoom is how easy to use it is, it is the most practical tool that I have today. I have to use it all day long and it is always so intuitive

What i feel less useful is the extension that is compatible with google Chrome i don't find it very practical during the day because there is not a Quick dial choice

The problem that Zoom is solving for me and the company where I work is basically solving how we communicate with our clients in the simplest and more effective way

I like that not only can you have online meetings, but you can also share your screen and files with all the meeting attendees.

What I like least is that in large meetings, with more than 10 people, it goes very slowly and often crashes, it is true that it recovers quickly, but it makes the meetings less dynamic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me extra time, I am handling several projects at once and having to travel to attend all the meetings is sometimes unfeasible for me, the transportation time thanks to Zoom I can use to make it more profitable.

What do you like best about the product?
Definitely better than Teams. There are so many features that I don't see in Teams that I see on Zoom. The whiteboard option is the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoom does not ask if I want to join the conversation on mute and also turns on my video. There has to be an option for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Super collaborative, offers a lot of functionality that Teams does not. Audio quality over Zoom is relatively better and clearer than Teams
Great Video Conferencing/Chatting but a bit slow to deploy

Ease of deployment and link sharing. Easy to share meeting details with attendees and manage a enterprise account.

Deployment can be slow and integrations with other apps is not totally seemless.

Communications. It's easy to deploy for a quick video conference or team meeting. Integrates will with Google Calendars for easy scheduling.

Take some time to learn full features and brows the integrations (Calendar, notetaking, etc., CRMs).

What do you like best about the product?
When we work with clients, zoom provides nice quality video conferencing one to one, and many to many communication modes. Passing control of one machine to the other person over call is really great functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes call duration only 40 min. We need to take subscription for longer calls.

In COVID time, when people are working remotely, ZOOM is one of the nest available medium for team meetings.

If I have a meeting with someone who doesn't also use Teams, it's very simple for them to set up an account with Zoom and still continue with the meeting.
