It gives 40 minutes free meeting time which is very useful for my team.

Essential for Coaching: Affordable, Simple, and Reliable with Great Reminders
What do you like best about the product?
As a coaching teacher, I have been using Zoom Workplace for over five years, starting during the COVID lockdown. Since then, I have not switched to any other platform for video streaming. I appreciate their affordable pricing and the simplicity of managing meetings, which makes organizing and shortlisting sessions much easier. The reminder feature is especially useful and is the one I rely on the most. It is reliable and easy to onboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any particular dislikes about the workplace myself. However, I have noticed that many small tuition teachers are unable to extend their meeting time when using the free tier. While this limitation is understandable, offering a bit more time to free users could be beneficial. Otherwise, these users often switch to other free platforms like Google Meet, which can prevent them from experiencing or even discovering the additional features that Zoom offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has addressed and continues to address the challenge of easy onboarding for video streaming and virtual classrooms. As a tuition teacher, I would recommend this application to my colleagues who face similar difficulties when teaching multiple students at once. (Just a reminder about the new participant limit.) The simple call-to-action is very effective—you just click the invite link and it allows you to join the Zoom meeting. Alternatively, you can use a code, which is both reliable and proven to be secure.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoom Workplace for 3 years primarily for work meetings, and I find it particularly easy to use. Setting it up was a smooth and straightforward process, as I could download and follow the instructions without encountering any issues. The main value of Zoom Workplace comes from its ability to facilitate quick and reliable meetings, which is crucial for staying connected with coworkers who are remote or traveling. I particularly appreciate the video calling and chat features, as they are extremely useful for effective communication and collaboration within our team. The widespread use of Zoom Workplace among my peers is another important factor that makes it a go-to choice for me. These aspects of Zoom Workplace have positively impacted my daily tasks, allowing seamless interaction and collaboration throughout the workday.

Reliable for Meetings, Works Pretty Well

i have used it to take many meetings ,it works pretty good for my remote internship meetings.

it has a limit of 40 min. for a meeting , and mobile version is not as user friendly as website

screen sharing has been improved a lot and it works even on decently slow network. AI features also helped me in making my work efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Zoom Workplace allows everyone to be present at the same time, even when we're in different locations, particularly across the United States. It enables me to see colleagues whom I might never get to meet otherwise, which is incredibly valuable. I appreciate the chat feature as it facilitates seamless communication during meetings. The convenience of being able to meet at a specific time and place is something I truly value. Additionally, the experience of setting up Zoom Workplace was manageable with a little assistance, and it's great to know that once set up, it works effectively to meet my needs.

Effortless Group Communication, Minor Guest Access Hurdle
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace has made it much easier to communicate with large groups. What I appreciate most about Zoom Workplace is its ability to let every participant in a meeting share entire tabs and join in live chat during the session.

For me there is no downside using workspace, just when guest user what join a session, he or she should be allowed by The Host despite having received the invitation link from his side

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace makes it easy for me to hold meetings with my colleagues, manager, friends, and even my professor.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom meetings are limited in duration, and once the allotted time is up, the meeting link expires and participants are removed from the session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate how easy it is to schedule meetings, as well as the range of options available for sharing or presenting my screen. I also like being able to change the background during my video calls, which adds a nice touch to the experience.
