Easy to use, easy to share
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it easy to setup meetings for internal purposes and to share with external clients or customers. The platform has a variety of security configurations such as the waiting room and password options. The chat feature is great as are the virtual backgrounds.
What do you dislike about the product?
The audio properties sometimes do not choose the correct options especially when switching between platforms such as from Slack or Teams. When hosting multiple breakout rooms within a session, the configuration of those could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me interact with coworkers, clients, friends, and colleagues. Phone calls are often not sufficient to effectively communicate. Zoom makes it easy to share screens and provide visual interaction.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has allowed me to interact with my clients in an engaging and meaningful way. I love that we can access the whiteboard, link other devices, record meetings for those who were unable to attend, and share using the remote control feature. It has enhanced my ability to share information and connect no matter where I am and the age of the participant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of my clients are unable to access the application and thus the experience is more limited when using the web version. I would hope that in the future this barrier was removed and the great features offered in the app were also available via the web version for clients with devices that are unable to download the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has allowed me to maximize my number of clients and gain access to other markets for my small business. I can offer services in places that may not have a local provider and I can expand the number of participants and types of meetings based on my need.
Awesome Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and manage. The security features are most helpful in preventing unwanted attendees. Since we are a school, it helps that we can protect our students.
What do you dislike about the product?
We honestly have had no issues with using Zoom. It's one of the few products that we have not had to contact the provider to resolve concerns. It is definitely something we will keep
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During 2020 and 2021, Zoom was pivotal in helping us connect with our students and teachers. The ability fo have classes, meet with parents and participate in team building was a game changer.
User experience and universal features are probably the best out of all available software.

Everyone uses it and it's normal to expect external contacts to be able to use it

time restriction on free accounts between 1 on 1 meetings.

Providing a professional platform that meets our expectations and the expectations of our guests
Easy to Use and Flawless
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling feature is super easy to use and the integration with my email makes it so much better. Having this integration makes my life easier and more seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every time I want to join a meeting, it takes me to the online portal just to take me back to the app to start the meeting. Clicking on the meeting link should automatically open the desktop app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling meetings with my co-workers and my clients made easy. No more going back and forth with multiple links or any confusion as to where we are going to meet.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to operate, easy to share and easy to manage the software and recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more background features. However there has been improvement so they look more natural.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are increasing their services to compete with other paltiforms. I don't have to worry about our meetings being crashed by other people.

Zoom just works and makes my life easier than other meeting platforms I have to use.

With Zoom, I have to log into the Web to control my account when it would be easier just to manage everything in the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do a lot of business development calls -- so what I care about is how reliably people I am meeting for the first time can connect. Issues with Zoom are rare. (Other platforms give me heartburn).
Simple, easy, and complete for universal use!!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use in the settings. It's easy to make adjustments and experiment with audion, background, video, etc. It's straightforward to understand and easy to operate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The delays in logging in and connection, but minor importance. There honestly isn't too much to change if you're looking for a video conferencing platform that's easy to manage, this is it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the problem of connecting with our counterparts all over the country. We use Zoom daily in our organization to bring the group together the best we can, being so far apart.

I love the ability to schedule calls easily through the application's UI and also the integrations that are available with various software that I use for my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just missing a couple of small features for hosts to take control of meetings and attendees--however they are not deal breakers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication with colleagues and clients. This has been huge in the last 2-3 years. It allowed me to take my business online!
