Zoom allows for flexibility in our hybrid work environment
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows for flexibility when setting up video calls among our distributed workforce. We can schedule these meetings in advance or create them on a spur of the moment. Zoom also makes it easy to share screens with all participants, and even allows for more than one person to share if that's what we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan has a limit of 40-minute calls, so in order to avoid getting cut off in the middle of a sentence, a Pro plan had to be purchased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to have a great interaction between the people that work in the office, and those workers who are remote. Instead of trying to just have good communication flow over an email thread, we can all meet and talk about our current business needs.
Zoom has gotten better since the pandemic. The platform still needs a little help.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoom has partnered with Google to add meetings to calendars. It helps to keep things organizaed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom should allow you to invite people before saving the scheduled meeting. It should be a simple one-step process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has made it possible for our team to meet regularly without having to travel. We are dispersed in several locations.
Intuitive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love how multi-purpose this platform is. I can use it to record audio or video for my online program. I can stream it into Facebook, I can share my screen, and it's easy to have an interactive conversation with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
It wasn't well advertised that I needed to go through a process to allow Zoom to stream to my Facebook group. Had I not heard about it from a colleague, it would have been embarrassing to be on my call and unable to immediately connect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps it feel like I'm in a 1:1 setting with clients. It's also allowing me to make videos and audios that I can multi-purpose across various platforms. Plus it's webinar function is handy for classes I want to be more formal.
Nice product
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and you get past the learning curve. Clear picture and sound most of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The instructions can be hard to follow at times. It would be nice to speak to someone about it instead of paying a higher tier to talk with someone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None so far. However, I would like to see an easier way to access captions.
Easy to use video conferencing platform
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about using zoom is how easy it is to use and schedule calls throughout the company. I also like the ease of features and accessibility. for example, backgrounds, the option to record (either on icloud or through computer), enabling passwords for participants etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I dislike about using zoom is that it does not give record to the number of participants who actually attend meetings. there are those who are expected to attend and not show up and it would be nice if zoom had a feature to keep track of that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that zoom is solving is the ease with which members of a team or organization are able to meet. The world is shifting into a more digital era. Work from home is becoming essential and zoom allows connection no matter where the employee or member resides.
The go-to conferencing service, but would like to see enhancements
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and most widely recognized by others invited to the meeting. Since COVID, Zoom has been the most widely-used meeting software that most people know and trust, which makes this platform our preferred conferencing software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The need to enter a meeting ID and in some cases, a passcode. Would be nice to have an instant connect number where you do not need to enter in so many codes to access the meeting. There is the quick connect, however, it is a bit cumbersome to go through the process of setting that up versus just being able to give an 800-number or link to quick-join.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since Zoom is widely used and known by many professionals, it is our preferred conferencing system. We are able to easily send out meeting requests using 3rd party platforms such as Google Calendar or HubSpot and it will automatically add in the conferencing line to the meeting for the attendees to join.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great for connecting, collaborating, and creating partnerships among teams. In addition to using zoom professionally, I really like how easy it was to stay connected with family and friends during the pandemic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could set default speaker/gallery views for when I do a screen share vs. having to click through the different options before landing on the view I want to see. This is particularly an inconvenient feature when starting a screen share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is useful for being the video conferencing platform for our organization which is fully remote. We are more productive with collaboration sessions on zoom vs. not.

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the video, how easy the platform is to run, ability to share screens and audio. Zoom chat platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
Automatic full screen when someone starts to share their screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be able to communicate with our whole staff when we are not in the office. We can easily video chat, chat, and share our screen ihtout slowing down our computers.
Using Zoom for telehealth services
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has a HIPAA compliant option that makes it a great tool for providing telehealth services. It is easy to use and you simply send a link to the person you want to visit with.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are using Zoom for business purposes and have a lot of licensed users, it can get to be expensive with the monthly per user charge. Not all of our employees have a user account due to the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the COVID-19 Pandemic, Zoom has helped us provide a telehealth option to our patients that don't feel comfortable meeting in person. This has allowed us to continue to help our patients during this difficult time.
Great Meetings at Home
What do you like best about the product?
Working exclusively from home, it's sometimes difficult to get everyone together and on the same page during meetings. Zoom has made it really easy to coordinate and schedule meetings, and the collaborative white board and annotations are life savers in my creative field.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides to using Zoom. Sometimes audio settings change when I join meetings, but those are so simple to change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration with colleagues and clients has always been difficult, but Zoom has made it really simple to schedule and send out meeting details to everyone.
