An app known by everyone.
What do you like best about the product?
I personally feel It's is the best app for online meetings. Anyone can join via phone/laptop by just a single click of the invite link. Because of it's best performance only it's been recognized by almost everyone, mostly someone who is looking for a job Or use to take daily meetings. You can share documents or your whole screen and it also has a whiteboard option which I really like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well it's good but yes it does lags sometime if I connect my headphone in middle of the meeting because of which I need to rejoin the meeting. Its small thing but really annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly use for taking update/reports over team meeting via zoom call. It's easy to Schedule a meeting call over zoom so I prefer it the most. I also used to take interviews via zoom itself.
Perfect and reliable for all day video calls and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Annotate and notes/whiteboard, along with the pen/marker.
It really helps illustrate my point when something needs to be demonstrated.
Coming to plans, I love the fact that there is a free plan available which has a 40 min limit per video call. This is adequate for a lot of small businesses.

It doesn't work well on lo w bandwidth.

It is solving the problem of connecting with my colleagues during the work from home scenario.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the easy ways to conduct live interactive sessions. the annotation tool is very helpful in explaining more briefly the concepts. No lag and delay in the sessions, and supports a large audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time is very limited for free users, it should increase to at least 1 hr. Break out room feature to be added to premium users. Lack of comment control, should support 4k
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Convey my expression using the annotation tool, it helps me a lot to deliver what is in my mind. Through premium subscription I can deliver content to larger audience and supports online streaming

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I liked the most about zoom is its quick connectivity, its user interface and ease of operation. The number of participants that can be added in a meeting is also an added advantage
What do you dislike about the product?
The questions that were raised regarding the usage of zoom such as the network is not secure, chances of data getting leaked. If only the security features of zoom can be improved, it can be much better

Hosting and conducting meetings where number of participants is large, zoom has provided a very good solution. It was a pioneer in video conferencing which has lead to improved conferencing and online meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about zoom is its Google Calendar support and also it is remarkable for its ease of use. With Google Calendar support, we don't miss any meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Comparing to other platforms like Google Meet, zoom can only admit 100 persons in a single meeting. And the digital media is now using 4K 1080p as a basic one but zoom is still in the 720p.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me to have a hassle-free online office meetings. Since my team strength in less than 20, zoom is a perfect medium for meetings greatly because of the calendar support.
Seamless way to to have a virtual meeting

Zoom makes virtual meetings more interactive almost to mimmick a real face to face meeting

The buffering at times and the limit place on the free version

Zoom supports virtual meeting with the current wave of work from home, businesses are able to run because people can collaborate and work through zoom
Great way for virtual conferences
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can all meet online. It's great for big meetings where we could not all be in person.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in awhile someone who is not supposed to be on zoom will join us and say bad things. We are password protected, but I may need to implement work login to join our meetings.

Zoom is solving the problem of needing everyone to be at work at once. Our conference room is small and being able to join virtually ensures everyone can attend.

The whole system . The levels of options available . The ability to connect with vast audiuence easily. best managed camera and audio setting and sharing options are excellent

The need for app for most of the people. It is little techologically complex for use with common no so tech friendly people. the addons and webinar plans are quite expensive

Zoom helped with build an axtensive connect with my patients , via zoom meetings , via streaming options , via webinar solutions. It has helped bridge the distance gap and connected us ditally
Best video conferencing platform for organising webinars
What do you like best about the product?
I love the webinar feature. So easy to organise it and have a large audience. Also for video calls, the feature of adjusting the tiles of people with video on, and feature to adjust the size of screen share and video participants is amazing. Most of the features are very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
One pain point is that to join any zoom call, it is necessary to download the zoom app. For simple webinars where a lot of features are not required for audience, they should be able to join it using browser. Seen a dropoff in attendees when shifted to zoom from google meet due to this one big reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for internal meetings with large attendees and also for organizing webinars. Most of the meetings are recorded so having a recording feature is a must for us.
Easy and convenient app
What do you like best about the product?
Among all video calling apps, I found this app very easy and convenient to use for professional and personal video calls as well as conference meetings. It has different background-changing themes and has good security.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires improvement in video and voice quality to have a better experience. Also, improve personalization in-app and make it more premium looks and also more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Still, I did not find any problem, but yes there is some available. And if there is any improvement which I mentioned in my dislike comment then yes it will help more.
