Easy to use for the basics.
What do you like best about the product?
Helpful is the ease of setting up a meeting. And I've always had very good quality in my meetings. I also like the ability to share to a Facebook Live. The reps are very friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had some issues with customer service. I spent over an hour trying to get something resolved, and once it was resolved, it should have taken 10 minutes. Sometimes, it can be challenging to find what I'm looking for. So many sections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to meet with a large group in real time. I'm able to "meet" with people virtually, whereas before, it would have only been a phone call. So adds the personal touch.
Zoom Works - Great Connective Medium
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of use as well as the many features that Zoom provided to make the platform a cohesive and collaborative experience. The breakout rooms have been super helpful for my teaching
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the video quality is not as good as I'd prefer or experience with other similar products. The mobile experience is also a bit clunky compared to my usual desktop use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to connect to various students all across the country and bring them together in an online classroom setting. Without zoom I wouldn't be able to teach online as a freelance teacher.
Excellent time saver
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great way to save time instead of driving to a meeting you can just send a Zoom invite and save that driving time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to hear another person when multiple people speak at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is only so much time in the day and if I can cut down some driving time that means it has saved us money.
User friendly and so convenient...

Love being able to easily share my screen and having colleagues share theirs WITHOUT needing to share my face if I don't want to
What do you dislike about the product?
Using zoom DOES really slow down every other program I have open... Used to make some programs crash but not lately
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom doesn't make my other programs crash anymore and this has been MUCH better. Other programs also seem to have issues sharing screens (I can only share windows or there are "mirror effect issues") and this is super handy!
Consistently works for telehealth practice
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is reliable and high quality. It rarely crashes. It is easy to share an invite link with my clients. Plus, Zoom is a service that many people are familiar with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clients don't get advance notice of when it's time to upgrade until they sign in and then it's too late and they are tardy to the appointment, which frustrates them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reliable service for meeting with telehealth clients. Easy to use interface. Widely understood and compatible with any video or audio hardware I have used with it thus far.
Made working from home during pandemic possible
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that it's user friendly and most people know how to use it with no training. The ability to mute and unmute, both myself and the audience is important. Screensharing a presentation. The photo retouching works well. Easy to join, leave and record. Chat feature that you can both direct message a person and to the group. Remote controlling senior's screens is very helpful and provides a collaborative experience that I can both solve their problems and they can see how I did it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot copy and paste from chat. I dislike the voting feature. Grey boxes appear on your recording if you have zoom features open like the chat. Provides a platform that people expect me to turn my camera on even when I do not want to. Zoom does not notify me when I need updates - only when it's too late and that makes me late for meetings. More functionalities with presenting - it takes up the entire screen and you cannot see outside of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making meetings possible with screenshare without being physically in person. You can share visuals that you cannot typically in conference calls, you can take votes, you can chat privately, multiple screen shares, and mass meetings all while staying safe. I enjoy the whiteboard feature. You can hold votes during our statewide meetings and gauge how people are feeling and what they like, hate, or do not care about.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
one host cannot hold multiple meetings at the same time. If one meeting runs late, the next meeting cannot start until the previous meeting ends; two meetings cannot happen at the same time if they are via Zoom. Teams, on the other hand, does not have this issue. for an EA like myself, who sets up multiple meetings for multiple people in different teams, that I had to find this out the hard way. Zoom needs to work around this and find a solution!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has transformed the way we have been doing live events by not requiring us to bring speakers to the conference in person. We can bring them in remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality of a basic account is standard Def. You have to upgrade to a 720 account to get some HD. I can't seem to find a way to upgrade to full 1080p with the account we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have to spend thousands of dollars flying participants/speakers into our events. We are able to bring them in virtually through zoom and integrate it into our vision mixing software
Easily manageable for a team
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to set up for a team of individuals. Has a lot of options for monitoring metrics as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom can certainty slow down older computers. Some of our clients struggle to make it work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to have face to face interactions when we otherwise couldn't.
Zoom = A Place to Meet When There Is No Place
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of Zoom. Setting up meetings is easy and then once the meetings are happening it moves smoothly. Adding people in is easy. I am grateful that I have Zoom so I can meet with as many people as we want. We even used Zoom once to do a "Congratulations" Graduation event. That was amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Zoom had another way of doing "Chat" It can become almost the dominant feature and when one is doing "chat" it goes to all persons. I would like some windows to be minimized or not at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of having to get in a vehicle and driving somewhere and sitting in a meeting with others. I appreciate the collaborative work that can be done over Zoom.
