A free, non restrictive, user friendly video conferencing software
What do you like best about the product?
That you can use it even if you don't install, very user friendly to join any video conference. No need to sign up, you can just go and join the call. No much of a security check needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI designed is not too much user friendly. Sometimes you don't know who is talking as the signs are diff than other conventional chat program. Worst is, 1 min before the call, it will ask you to join install which is kind of confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have to worry about any paid siftwares, its encrypted and can be integrated with calendars. Little tricky UI but with the features that we can avail are pretty satisfactory.

What do you like best about the product?
Less Interenet Data consuming and Less computer memory with Hasslefree usability with simple UI design which do not confuse users in different options and smooth meeting experience even in slow speed as compared from other competitors such as teams, webex, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacks some of advanced features such as adding up of contacts and instant messaging feature for which organisation has to depend on other rivals such as teams and slack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving problem where most of the meeting application require high and stable speed for smooth ongoing but zoom manages to work smoothly even in slow speed without any buffering even in hardest disruptions.
For remotly located users who do not have promising good internet speed on the go for all time they can go with zoom as it also consumes less data with speed and will be affordable in usability.

Instance access and easy to connect which saves lot of time
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is , it's very annoying to have so many zoom calls,zoom should provide restrictions of meeting hours per day by default.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely user friendly, for kids and adults, can have numerous amount on people on a call and it can also be recorder in case someone missed the call, can also share screens Nd audio

My son had to use it for school and it was limited to only 40mins, it was a bit of an inconvenience but I heard it was because it was a free trail but apart from that, all good

This helped alot for school during COVID and also work, this helped with seeing families and friends in a rough time, it was and is really a great app for work, school and just socializing

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing in zoom is annote and remote acess i think it's the best feature with chat support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The think is when we are connected only single person in a meeting then call gets disconnected after 40 minutes this can be increased to 1 hour for geniune corporate customers who create account using corporate email id
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the previous pandemic year due to covid 19 the zoom help us to connect over call discuss and presentation for office or schools with the free 40 min feature. Also the zoom annote feature helped us to avoid using team viewer and any desk with a good video call.
Best Meeting Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has a lot of features to offer and very suitable for large number of people. It is good both for meetings and live or recorded streaming. We can easily switch between screens.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is slightly less user-friendly than counterparts like google meet. Zoom can improve on that scenario for people who are not much tech-savvy. response time is slightly higher than others.

Zoom has helped to solve the connectivity issues, especially in remote work - connecting with colleagues has become much easier for discussions and presentations.

What do you like best about the product?
No complications, easy to install, easy to use. Almost everyone uses or has used it and has it installed on their computer or mobile

Not so great for large groups if you are running the free version

Quickly meet with someone, do online presentations, online training with group activities (breakout rooms come in handy)

What do you like best about the product?
zoom meeting is the best application to connect people through the internet. Its user-friendly interface makes it very awesome for anyone to use. The beautiful feature is to create a virtual background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes in zoom has a lagging issue in Video and Audio. The mobile bile application is not very user-friendly. Screen sharing is not responding quickly in old versions laptop.

During COVID to go office is not possible many of meeting or training session was helpful. With the help of zoom, we saves our jobs and mental stress. Zoom meeting is a lifeline during COVID.

I like its user friendliness and easy navigation. Most of the times I had great video quality. And it's share screen is also simple and very useful feature.

Sometimes the application gets slow. I feel user privacy and data is compromised.

They are working on privacy issues and increasing participation feed.
About Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
I like zoom as it is simple and easy to use. It's UI can be easier to understand by an non IT person too. Its easy to connect over meeting and what I really like its one featur which is its whiteboard feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
My personal point for no liking zoom is its price range. My organization has given us zoom so I can use it but for small company it might not be affordable because of which they have to go for alternative apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My job to schedule interviews and also do basic screening of candidates applying for the job. For both purpose I use zoom. Just by sharing the invite link candidate use to join the scheduleed meeting.
