What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the stable video quality that Zoom Workplace offers, as it ensures that I don't encounter any issues during meetings. This consistency is crucial as it allows for seamless communication and a more productive meeting experience. Additionally, I find the chat features to be very beneficial. They are particularly handy for engaging with participants during a session. Compared to other apps like WhatsApp, Zoom Workplace delivers superior video conferencing capabilities, which makes it my preferred choice for professional meetings. The chat option further enhances interaction and collaboration, making Zoom Workplace a valuable tool in my day-to-day work environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that sometimes the platform is not very user-friendly, especially in the beginning. I often got lost trying to navigate the settings or figure out how to set things up. Initially, without much guidance, it was a challenge to adapt to the interface and settings.

I use Zoom Workplace for work meetings, which is crucial during the pandemic when going to the office is challenging. It provides stable video quality and chat features, enhancing virtual collaboration compared to other apps like WhatsApp.

I have been using Zoom Workplace for about six years now, and it has been an incredibly useful tool for my academic and professional life. Starting during my college years for academic meetings during the COVID era, it became an essential part of my routine. Now, as a healthcare recruiter, I rely on Zoom Workplace to conduct meetings with heads of departments, project managers, and healthcare candidates I am sourcing and staffing for my company. One thing I particularly appreciate is how easy it was to set up and use Zoom Workplace from the beginning. The functionality is straightforward, and features are easy to access, making the entire user experience seamless. In terms of daily work, the screen sharing feature on Zoom Workplace stands out to me as the best among all vendors. It works flawlessly without any lag, which is crucial during video conferences. Additionally, the in-app messaging feature allows easy communication while engaging in video calls, making it extremely beneficial for maintaining fast communication with my bosses whenever there are issues or problems to solve. Overall, Zoom Workplace provides me with the efficient communication tools that are essential for my role, thereby making it a vital application in my lineup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to change the background in Zoom Workplace. Even though the feature seems to exist, I haven't been able to figure it out. I believe it should be easier to change the background to a more professional setting, especially if one is not in an ideal environment.

Zoom workplace, It's help our business get boost with its connectivity and multiple person get connected at same window . We schedule the call with any time zone client they having zoom workplace app so that it easily get connected.

after 45 minutes of call with zoom. It get freezing some time. Automatically call get disconnected.

Great Speed and Connectivity, But Lacks Microsoft Integration

Zoom workplace is a widely used software, so when I am utilizing it for meetings I don't have to teach the clients as much about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is not as accessible to my work features which are all on microsoft. S i lean towards teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it to ware I can remotely connect with others which give me more scheduling flexibility. Zoom also is easy to implement and troubleshoot when helping clients log in or download the software. I am able to take on a heavy scheduled class because I do not have to include drive times.

Occasionally, I’ve noticed minor performance issues when using multiple integrated apps within Zoom Workplace, such as slight lags or syncing delays. Improved optimization and smoother third-party integrations would make the experience even better.

Zoom Workplace is solving the challenge of fragmented communication by bringing meetings, chat, phone, and collaboration tools together in one unified platform. This integration helps reduce time lost switching between apps and makes teamwork more efficient and connected, especially in hybrid or remote environments.
Central Hub for Collaboration, But Can Feel Cluttered in Large Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
As an occasional user, I am can say that Zoom Workplace brings together video meetings, chat, screen-sharing/annotation, and integrations with calendars and productivity tools into a convenient, relatively seamless platform. It offers clean design, high-quality audio and video connections, and ease of onboarding for remote and hybrid teams. Because it supports breakout rooms, recording, virtual backgrounds and integrates well with things like Google Calendar and Slack, many teams feel it’s become a central hub for collaboration rather than just a meeting tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace has a few pain points. It can be resource-intensive especially during large meetings or when screen sharing high-definition video. Additionally, joining or re-joining meetings could be a struggle and some settings are hard to locate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I talk often to clients from different backgrounds and I usually try to accommodate their request and hold online meetings at the platforms of their preference.
Reliable, Simple, and Great Video Quality for Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace works really well for most of my needs. Its mostly used during Townhall sessions or during specific Trainings. Scheduling and joining calls is super simple, and the interface doesn’t feel cluttered at all. The video quality is usually great too, even when my Wi-Fi bandwidth is low. I also like that it works well with calendars. Honestly, it just feels reliable most of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that sometimes the chat gets really messy in big meetings. It’s hard to keep track of multiple conversations at once. Also, breakout rooms feel a bit complicated to manage – like, too many clicks when you’re already hosting. Another thing is the notifications; I’ve missed a couple because they didn’t pop up properly. It’s not a deal breaker, but these small things can be annoying when you’re in a rush.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me deal with remote work challenges. Before it was hard to manage meetings and keep everyone aligned, but now everything is in one place – video calls, chat, scheduling and especically the Townhall where multiple employees join the call. Also its very helpful during the training session, as It saves time because I don’t have to jump between different apps. Also, the video quality is good most of the time, so working with teams in other locations feels easier. Overall, it makes collaboration smoother and less stressful.
