Zoom necessary for Team Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom user platform is user friendly. Scheduling a meeting, editing a meeting is very easy to do. In addition, the screen share option is not complicated like other live chat/meeting programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike is not being able to edit a meeting that may have already passed but never took place. Also, when logging into a meeting, the prompt to open zoom meetings can be a little confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is the only way we can have our team meetings now since we have staff that is now working remotely. Being able to use the zoom platform helps us gather all together wherever we may be, to collaborate.
Zoom - A choice among many
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is by far the most ubiquitous and most reliable conferencing platform out there at the moment. Wish it was around prior to the pandemic and grateful for its reliability now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price can be a bit of a detractor. We are a nonprofit and it is quite expensive for two licenses. I'd love to see a nonprofit license that scales to the size of the organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We operate virtually and we are able to successfully and consistently connect with colleagues around the world with ease, which has expanded our reach and ability to more easily grow our mission.
Readily available and intuitive to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is an intuitive platform and thus makes it easy for new users to sign in and participate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the setup features are a little awkward to utilize or understand how they work. For those of us who update other software, such as MS Office, when we switch jobs or add a new part-time gig, Zoom seems to get confused about which account it should be using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandemic-related social gatherings can now be held via Zoom, with some limitations. College courses can meet via Zoom instead of in person while the pandemic rages (and for other reasons of convenience). Long-distance corporate meetings can also be held via Zoom.
I utilize Zoom multiple times a week for self-owned business
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the simplicity of Zoom. Logistically, zoom is easy to use. When doing something for the first time, like creating breakout rooms, it is easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes zoom does a glitch. As the meeting host, it will not let me start the meeting until the "host" behind the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can continue to do my work with loyal clients hours away. Zoom has helped me keep those connections and business. Which is great because those clients can continue networking for me and I am able to take more business from another city.
Easy to Use and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, has the added functions that I need, easy to record and save meetings that I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do feel that the cost for a very small business or person is more than I'd expect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to easily jump in to a meeting, share information instantly, schedule meetings, and save meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, able to have multiple people, Able to shut down chat between people
What do you dislike about the product?
The audio is often terrible and video quality is also often terrible. THere needs to be a way to have better quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to reach clients that are far away every week with little effort. Being able to interact with my fans

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is most helpful because its easy to navigate. Other platforms are hard to use and require training. Most of our staff have no problem with zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful is at the conclusion of the zoom where it goes to that same screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are no problems that Zoom is solving for us. It allows those who have to work remote to be able to participate in meetings.
Daily use, little hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of scheduling meetings and functionality of tools in meetings. Video and audio always seem to come through clearly. Sharing the zoom link with individuals that don't normally use Zoom has never been a factor as they are able to easily navigate the software. I also like how easy it is to schedule meetings for recurring purposes. My company and I always have "standing" meetings. This means we will use the same zoom link for the entire month. This allows team members and attendees to save the meeting link and easily access our last-minute meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ease of use when needing to attend a meeting on my cell phone is nowhere near as seamless as it is on the computer. Sometimes depending on the service available on my cellular I can only attend meetings using audio, however this is an issue with the cellular provider more so than with zoom. Often times when moving a meeting scheduled on zoom to my personal calendar I run into errors and have to input the meeting on my own instead of being able to use the seamless integration. I am sure that this is user error and less of a Zoom error, however, it would be nice to have the function set up easier for multiple calendars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to have business meetings and run multiple organizations no matter where I am on my traveling, or since relocating to the east coast. I also attend many meetings on zoom for outside organizations other than my own. Accessing outside meetings is always seamless. Zoom benefits our team by being able to have one hosting account htat the entire team can access for meetings. It also allows me to use the same account for the multiple organizations that I am apart of.
Easy to use at a moment's notice
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to schedule a meeting or get into a meeting room for an impromptu meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recording a meeting and giving access to recordings to others is not simple. I've lost more than one recording in the past year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An affordable solution to meeting with peers and clients.
I mean Zoom is the default for a reason
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the default video conferencing platform for a reason. We default to it because it has some of the best features, and often is smoother/easier to interact with and operate than much of the competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile features are sometimes harder to navigate and occasionally audio is questionable but that's often because of the wifi connection/data connection and not the softwear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is the default meeting platform we run all our stuff on. We prefer it to Teams and Meet when we have to use other links provided by vendors, Zoom is the platform the greater number of people know how to use.
