Great way to collaborate
What do you like best about the product?
Can meet from anywhere at any time. I love the ease of using the app across all of my devices..
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom can occasionally be slow to start when accessed through the web, and the video quality is not always consistent or as good as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate the flexibility of being able to meet at any time and from any location. It's also very simple to set up a meeting space and join a call quickly.
Seamless Team Collaboration and Effortless Communication
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using Zoom workplace and I love how it integrates and easy communication method for my team to use! It helps us get way more work done because we don't physically need to be with one another to have a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Zoom Workplace isn't as good on the mobile application compared to the desktop version. There are problems when it comes to connecting to calls, there are less features than the desktop version, and the quality just isn't as good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps my team immensely. Thanks to Zoom Workplace my team can communicate seamlessly without having to be physically with each other. This is amazing because my team is consistently traveling from state to state and it is virtually impossible for us to all be in the same building together. Without Zoom Workplace my team couldn't even exist! I love how easy this application makes it for us to get work done together!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about zoom workplace is that it is a very reliable video conferencing and collaborating platform which has provisions for different features like meetings with several people, chat window to share our views, screen sharing to share our work, it also has AI integrated features to capture meeting related notes and real-time transcribing features are quite helpful. The speed and video quality of the meetings are top-notch I would say. Overall, it ensures seamless communication, collaboration and it is my go-to app for any online meetings
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is sometimes the system feels lagging and the video and voice coordination misses when we switch between multiple apps. Also switching between apps in the beginning was very confusing and took time for me to get used to

Zoom workplace solves my problem of switching between multiple apps to communicate my point across in business meeting by integrating all the features like video conferencing, screen sharing, chat windows, AI note taking etc all in one place which ensures great team collaboration for online meetings

Maintaining constant eye contact can be exhausting, especially when you also have to deal with glitches and lag. Trying to stay engaged under these conditions can become quite tiring.

Its easy to schedule a quick meeting and have lots of features. zoom's AI feature is one of the best- no need to write down the points, after the meeting a good summary with next action items also comes, which really helps in saving time and coordinating next steps
What do you dislike about the product?
zoom have lots of background filters, but the blur option not supporting in all devices. Would be nice if zoom have that feature irrespective of devices.

I could easily connect with anyone and convey my points and even present my ideas by screen sharing and also Ai notes helps me in saving my time as they already summarise it and gives the notes on next steps.

The included AI tools also expedite meeting notes and summaries improving productivity and next steps.

Very simple to use, simple design and very easy to operate. Best thing is I can take control of other people screen if I want to, Which other popular tool like gmeet do not provide.

Sharing meeting code and pass code sometimes get difficult to find.

Ease of connecting between cross teams. And debug issues and take control of partner system remotely with out using any other tool.
