Comprehensive Tool with AI, Needs Speed Enhancement
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Zoom Workplace combines everything in one platform, so I don't need separate apps for messaging, meetings, phone calls, etc. This centralized setup makes navigation and usage easy and quick, boosting my productivity during active meetings. The built-in AI is also really helpful. It can summarize meetings, generate drafts, find useful information quickly, and take notes for me. Additionally, the initial setup of Zoom Workplace was really quick for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app performance and speed could be improved and the collaboration features aren't best compared to others like Google Workspace or Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to have all messaging, meetings, and phone features in one platform, which makes navigation easy and quick. The built-in AI helps by summarizing meetings, generating drafts, finding information quickly, and taking notes, boosting my productivity.

Zoom makes it extremely easy to collaborate on calls with coworkers, share presentations, and send messages during calls.

Opening a Zoom call from a link takes many more steps than it should.

Zoom Workplace is allowing my businesses to collaborate frequently and efficiently on calls. Verbal communication is the fastest way we get things done and Zoom enables us to do this from remote locations.

Zoom Workplace is a dependable and user-friendly platform for virtual meetings, offering flexibility and convenience for conducting meetings and collaborating with others across different geographical areas. I appreciate Zoom Meetings for its excellent HD video and audio quality, as well as its screen sharing capabilities and features such as breakout rooms. The addition of the new AI companion has made tasks like note-taking and generating summaries much simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace tends to run slowly on older mobile devices, which can be frustrating. Additionally, I wish it offered better integration with Microsoft products.

I use Zoom Workplace for online meetings, which helps me set up meetings without traveling, saving me time. I like the various features that make online communication easier, such as screen sharing. The screen sharing is a perfect tool for distance education. Additionally, it's a user-friendly software with easy setup, which I find very convenient.

I think Zoom can improve their connectivity because sometimes, we have problem to connect. For instance, Zoom can improve their server size and capacity to make it better to have more people online at the same time.

There are more useful product but there are some drowbacks of this product is that is the product used all the sectors and used advanced features and admin setting but when new user are not easily used to this. when we used large meeting that used many conjume max memory and major is internet because internet is the key point of this without this we do not crete and join meetings.

I find Zoom Workplace to be very convenient and easy to use. I like the buttons and keys tab, which are located in places that are easy to reach, so I don't really struggle compared to other meeting software. I appreciate its reliability, especially during meetings, and the fact that it has no issues with connectivity. The setup was pretty straightforward too, as all I had to do was load it onto my PC, use my company email, and everything was good to go. I rate it highly for its overall convenience and reliability.

I'd like a wider range of background options and the ability to import my own pictures to use as backgrounds. I think incorporating that in Zoom Workplace would be really helpful.
