Good Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to do breakout sessions allows for use of one account to have milutiple smaller interactions as well as being able to mute and turn off the video with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the time when presenting, you can't see the chat. If I do see the chat box it presents a grey box to the audience. This also hurts the quality when recording.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They solved the problem by adding a waiting room and password so random people can't get on the wrong zoom and possibly mess up a meeting. This has made participants feel more secure with sharing.
Great for work and church
What do you like best about the product?
I have started using it for team chat as well and that has been a good experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the automated recording feature that you have to turn off rather than it being left up to each user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to work from home, connect with remote employees and also other colleagues in my profession.
Everything has gone smoothly with our meetings.

Meetings are easy to schedule and record.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I want to copy the invite for a regular meeting that is already scheduled out a year, I have to edit the meeting somehow to get a copy of the invitation.

We can meet at any time convenient to all participants in any location.

What do you like best about the product?
The auto scheduling, ease of transitions between screen sharing and speaking, ease of sending Zoom links and invites, user friendly for people that are new to the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Zoom invite call in/log in options can be cumbersome to read for those not fluent in using Zoom as often. Would be nice if there was a "simple invite" or online only invite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to serve clients across the globe, in any location, at any time. It gives me flexibility in my own life and scheduling, through its ease people are more comfortable with it.
Zoom is reliable, the connection is good, I have yet to experience any dropped meetings.
What do you like best about the product?
This provides an easy way to offer telehealth sessions to my clients. Most people already had zoom downloaded for meetings and virtual school during the pandemic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the picture is fuzzy, and if I don't remember to put do not disturb on my phone my zoom meetings would get interrupted by incoming calls. Not necessarily zoom's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HIPPA compliance so that telehealth is a viable option.
Reaching the world through Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use. Gallerie mode allows the user to view everyone without seeing one large face of the person talking...just too overwhelming when I use Teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have limited bandwidth so I really prefer to use the least amount of bandwidth but still get good video. I know this is my issue but I would guess many other rural users also have this challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can reach people is disparate locations around the world for my consulting business without having to travel. This is definitely a productivity multiplier.
Zoom has come a long way in just a few years. It is my go-to platform for video calls.

I like the scheduler and ease of seeing what is coming up without adds or too many add ons. Simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The updates/interruptions at login. I dislike this because usually when I'm logging in it's to join or start a meeting and the interruption makes me seem unprofessional.

Zoom helps me have video meetings with my team and helps me stay organized with inquiries from clients.
Excellent with few flaws
What do you like best about the product?
Create new email invites. I like that I can create events and send them to participants.
I also like having waiting rooms for incoming participants. Not everyone should be allowed to enter into the meeting at the same time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom can be funky with its ability to share content while having videos. I don't know if this is a bandwidth issue or some other issue. Also, the closed captioning capability can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me to connect with people all around the world with ease. I like the fact that I can chat with people in between meetings. The whiteboard helps me to explain concepts with remote participants and I love the ability to have remote control of the participant's screen.
Easy to use, consistently adding features
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to learn for novice users, has excellent support, and continually adds new useful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Security features aren't the best, especially for large meetings.

Zoom enables fast, face-to-face communication on nearly any device/network, which is great for a company that works with clients around the world. It has made communication more seamless.

What do you like best about the product?
For me, Zoom was very helpful as a communication tool with others pre, during and after the pandemic.

I do not have any dislikes regarding Zoom at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a remote owner, Zoom has benefitted me with the ability to meet with clients, family and friends on the video platform...during a time we could not meet face to face.
