Perfect for my business and personal needs!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that there is a free feature and a paid feature. It allows me to test it out before really committing. Another feature that I love is to be able to admit others into the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is that if I ma sharing my screen and sharing a video it will be blurry or lag. I found that I had to actually make the video smaller on my end so that the video doesn't lag or is not blurry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that zoom is solving for me is being able to reach others in other states and internationally as well. Making it really easy for me to reach other clients and spread my business!

Easy to use, consistent connection

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been great for when we need to meet but also need to stay apart. It has allowed us to communicate more effectively and more often compared to what we had done in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
When setting up Zoom meetings, it's easy to click the wrong button for a setting. When you try to change it, it won't let you adjust the settings as the meet is in progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During COVID, it has allowed our business to continue to meet. We haven't had to sacrifice quality time or cancel meetings just because of COVID. We can continue on with our routine meetings so our business can be effective.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to connect with people who are not sitting right next to you!
What do you dislike about the product?
For the non-business accounts the 45-minute limit is pretty frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When COVID started a few years ago HR professionals everywhere needed to figure out how to keep employees connected. Zoom allows us to do so.

What do you like best about the product?
It is fairly easy to use, has most of the features that people will need for most uses
What do you dislike about the product?
the input fields for scheduling a meeting are not very user friendly. for example selecting a time zone- I have to scroll through a long list of dropdowns instead of just being able to enter my time zone. The time selection is also not easy to work with.

The entire form there can be reworked

pasting a recording link is also awkward. Most of the time I just want to post the link instead of the details.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it integrates with Google Workspace so seamlessly, and the lighting/touch-up settings are my favorite. Using a personal meeting room for last-minute conversations is so easy using the Desktop App.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom does occasionally get glitchy - there was recently an obstacle where it said the host hadn't started a meeting, but they were in the meeting and nobody could get in. After coming up with a new key the problem was fixed, but some unexplainable occurrences such as this cause headaches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows my team to easily connect, and being able to record meetings to review at a later time is also extremely useful. We have been able to use these recordings in combination with transcription software to pull together detailed Executive Summaries for important meetings in this manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great tool. We often have meetings at night that some people are unable to attend. With zoom they can join us virtually.
What do you dislike about the product?
ITs more of a pet peeve when people don't mute themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom also allows us to meet virtually when we don't have an available meeting space.

What do you like best about the product?
Fairly easy to log on no matter where you are or what platform you're on. The interface is pretty intuitive. I like you can use a green screen. I haven't tried competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some folks have trouble getting in occasionally. I wish it were easier to hand off hosting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's useful to see clients face-to-face. But I've probably gotten the most out of using Zoom for staying connected to friends and family. What started as a way to be in touch during COVID has turned into a regular Friday night cocktail Zoom!

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of accessibility & use is my favorite thing about zoom. I utilized zoom before the pandemic for a couple of years so it was not a "learning curve" for me when the pandemic came around. This is a great tool and I appreciate your summer "zoomtopia" conference where it is accessible and a great place to see innovation with customer feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
not too much - I have always been very happy with the product. I wish that it was more price accessible to all - many people do not have it in their personal budget for one more subscription service, especially students or folks living paycheck to paycheck - would like to see it more accessible to all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, I was utilizing zoom quite a bit before the pandemic. Now there are many competing platforms. I still pay for a zoom account as it always gets used in both my personal, professional & volunteer spheres. I also appreciate its reliability when other platforms are not accessible for a team of people I need to connect with in a pinch.

What do you like best about the product?
What's the most important to me and the most helpful is zoom's market penetration. Most everyone in my circle is familiar with the interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the URLs sent out with an invitation which open up a webpage and then opens up the application. There should be code to open the app directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to get all of the team into one room that mimics being in person. We all work independently in different locations but can come together for group interaction.

What do you like best about the product?
Its reliability and how easy it is for others to join the call without having any issues. The ubiquitous nature is very helpful when we have so many external meetings on a regular basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not always work when trying to integrate meeting links into different tools such as Google Calendar. It should also be easier to dial in without needing to have an access code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us quickly have meetings with external participants. It is cost-effective and reliable which is what we need when interfacing with so many external parties.
