Great updates and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can share screen and record. I also love the breakout rooms. It's nice to be able to breakout into discussions and then come back and discuss findings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the lagging. Since everyone is not on the same bandwidth it sometimes lags and music may be delayed or even the person's voice who is speaking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps adding new and exciting features. I don't know that I can say I've had a problem with Zoom. I think that safety was an issue back in the beginning of the Zoom era, but not now.
Zoom gets the jobs done!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very reliable. I haven't had an issue with the video or audio in over a year. I also like that its confidentiality allows me to practice counseling in an ethical way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the high cost, but I still pay it because the paid account is very useful. I dislike that the video is compromised when the internet is shabby, but this is inevitable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Group meetings with people from different time zones and areas of the world. Zoom makes it easy to connect. Also, Zoom allows me to practice counseling in a confidential and reliable way.
Easy to navigate

It helps me to interact with my clients virtually wherever they live
What do you dislike about the product?
If not subscribed, Zoom will stop you after 40min whether you have 1 or more client on zoom.
They should put back to unlimited time or 2 hours minimum if you only talk to 1 client

What do you like best about the product?
the many videos to help you understand how to use Zoom effectively. The availability of the network always being on and dependable with a global reach. I prefer it over Skype
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not enough background filters, and the time zone could be more user-friendly when booking calls in the UK and Mexico. Make the time zones easier to find
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less in-person travel. Users are familiar with Zoom and will use it on camera or off. It is more productive for me since it is a very user-friendly network. Not sure
Zoom has been an amazing resource!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been so amazing for so many reasons. First, the convenience of the application has made communication so incredibly easy and accessible. Zoom is also very affordable. I use zoom for work very often and appreciate the blurred background feature as well. Zoom also allows me to keep in touch with family who are out of state and includes them in big moments of my life they would otherwise miss. For example, I had a virtual housewarming and baby shower via zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many things I would say I dislike about zoom. I would say the copy and past invitation links have way too much included, but i am unsure if there is much that can be done about that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the problem of requiring me to attend in-person meetings and getting rid of the negative feeling I have if I can only call into a meeting using my phone.
Creates a new community
What do you like best about the product?
After Covid arrived our Family History society branch fell apart, just like so many other charities and other organizations. People were reluctant to come to meetings and that reticence has continued even after infection rates have fallen.
I transferred all our branch meetings to Zoom, and now when I polled our members, they did not want to go back to meeting by leaving home and coming to a hall; much better to remain indoors. They also save petrol, which is so important nowadays, and getting more so,

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet found an easy way to replace the raffle which we always used to run in the meeting. That was a good way to raise funds. Maybe Zoom could find a mechanism??
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People are reluctant now to come out of their houses. That gets even more extreme in winter weather, and now the cost of petrol is another major factor.
High quality teleconfercing but even the most basic plan is expensive

Extremely high quality even with low bit rates. Easy to setup, everyone is now familiar with how it works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even the most basic of paid plans is expensive. Makes it tempting to switch to one of the free alternatives. Webinar is not provided in the basic paid plans.

Meeting people across different time zones without having to meet. Quality teleconferencing.
Zoom For Working Remote
What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to connect face to face during meetings when working remotely. I like the ability to share screens and turn off my camera when desired as well. When working from home especially, Zoom can be very convenient and make work efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, my experiences using Zoom have been positive. Setting up events with Zoom has been confusing at times though and there are occasional technical difficulties that I have run into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping to maintain productivity and connectivity in the modern work environment. It allows me to be present when I can't always physically be on location for meetings.
Reliable system
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is reliable and easy to navigate. I like that it's is always being updated for compatibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that all features are e not available on the mobile platforms.

I am not aware of any specific problems that Zoom is addressing that possibly benefit me.
Reliable and Quick to Learn how to use
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful things about Zoom is the fact that it usually addresses issues pretty quickly and can fix or correct itself within a reasonable time. I also like all the customization options that Zoom gives you.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I don't like about Zoom is that if you are in the same room with someone else on the same Zoom you can get weird feedback and background noises. This probably isn't necessarily Zoom's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps tremendously with being able to get things done with everybody in different locations. It is really easy to say oh everyone on this team hop on a Zoom meeting in 30 minutues.
