Easy Video Conferencing

Its really easy to use and very intuative with good controls

What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Zoom is customer calls and internal calls. When I speak to my customers, who are in different countries or the same country, we all jump on Zoom calls.
How has it helped my organization?
Zoom has positively impacted my organization by helping me stay in touch with my customers and my team, allowing us to quickly figure out things in a world where you can't really speak on the phone anymore.
I don't have any metrics, but everything that we were able to do because we are talking to our customers—that's our main job—having the tool of being able to communicate with them on a bi-weekly or monthly basis changes things.
What is most valuable?
The best features Zoom offers include beautification mode for when you look tired and want to look a little bit better, the blurring mode for the background, the ability to share your screen, and the option to choose a gallery view or a different view.
What needs improvement?
Zoom could be improved as the connectivity can be a little tricky sometimes, and it's not clear when people need to be let in or not. Sometimes there's an issue with changing links to meetings if someone is the organizer and then they're not anymore.
When I move from computer to computer, setting it up again is kind of annoying, but I can't say that it takes too long.
I think it's a good tool that gets the job done, but I believe there are a few different things that could be improved.

I have been using Zoom for three years.

In my experience, Zoom is pretty stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Zoom's scalability is good since everyone can use it and share a link with their customers. I think it's pretty scalable for the whole company.

I have never needed to use customer support, so I don't have anything to say about that.

I did not evaluate other options before choosing Zoom. We're using a few solutions, but I think Zoom is the best one.

I am not responsible for that, and I cannot share metrics regarding a return on investment with Zoom.

I also use Google Meet sometimes and Teams by Microsoft. I think Zoom is the better option.
What other advice do I have?
I don't want to add anything else about the features.

I do not have any additional thoughts about Zoom before we wrap up.
On a scale of one to ten, I would rate Zoom an eight.
My experience has been amazing because I am able to do everything online.

I feel like you are in the actual workplace, as we are expected to prepare presentations. I allow everyone to in the meeting to participate verbally and non-verbally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone can fully use it, as it needs internet connection. Besides that, if you enjoy using technology you would love exploring different features. Elderly people are the ones that suffer as they barely remember what they worked on previous meetings.

Allowing us to connect from different locations, which may save money issues of transportation.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is easy to use and gives good video and sound quality. You can split into smaller groups with breakout rooms. It works well with other apps like Google Calendar and Slack. You can record meetings, and Zoom has strong security to keep your meetings safe.

Zoom workplace can be frustrating because of poor audio/video quality, complicated settings, security issues, a cluttered interface, limited customization

Zoom Workplace makes remote communication, collaboration, and hosting events easier, improving teamwork, especially when working remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is user friendly and it is easy to operate. We use this in our daily life to take our online classes in our college. In this it easy to share the screen and we explain the presentations. And we used to record the meeting then after if we get doubt we can see after also.

Sometimes because of internet the video and audio may be delayed. And sometimes the screen will also stuck for some time. In this we can have only 40 minutes free meeting after we have to may money to have meeting in this zoom workplace.

when we want have meeting with clients we can use Zoom work place and it reduces travelling costs. while we have corona Zoom Work place helped the students to be teached in online like zoom Meetings.
Zoom stays consistent
What do you like best about the product?
It has many integrations that work well while using it, so it makes it easier to monitor and manage meetings. I also like the fact that we can sync it to our calendar and manage multiple meeting schedules at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to practice a little before use. If you haven't used Zoom before, there is a little trial and error when using it for the first time.

We are meeting with people that have different platforms, and Zoom seems to be a trusted source for video conferencing and running trainings.
Best App for long calls
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is best for long calls and meetings. I like the filters it offers, clear audio and video, and the telegraphy section on the screen share.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not perticilulerly. Zoom has every feature for a good meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First we used google meet for the local and internationally meeting, but it lacks the some basic need for a very good call. some times the video quality was not so good, some times the audio disorrianted. also lacks the record feature of the meeting. Zoom has all these functionality and made the conferencing easy.
