Good tool for meeting remotely

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is a zoom button to add to the calendar invite on gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how ugly the calendar invites are though after adding zoom. They are long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I set up interviews for my clients with zoom. I like that its fast to set one up for others even though I myself am not attending.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can schedule imprompt to meetings and during COVID we were still able to meet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had difficulty trying to upload a background filter. It would be nice if you had some filters that we could use. Perhaps you have them and I just don't know how to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we can't get together in-person, it is nice to be able to meet virtually.

What do you like best about the product?
extremely ease of use for non-technical people. We're now able to "onboad" even (most of ) our older clients in very short order. Has revolutionized working remotely/ virtually with clients and trainees!
What do you dislike about the product?
still have occasional challenges using your tools to improve our facial images in spite of good camera and lighting. your adjustments are challenging for novices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Even before Covid we really needed a tool for interacting and co-working with our remote representatives and Zoom was a near-perfect fit. Same with our representatives living too far from one of our nearest offices to them. Covid forced us to "pivot" to Virtual meetings within days of the Covid "lockdown" and allowed us to maintain and tp actually increase momentum, business and revenue. in most of our territories our incomes have increased through the increased efficiencies of using Zoom. Thanks

What do you like best about the product?
The navigation is easy to use and Zoom doesn't have many glitches. It has basically all of the features that I want/need for virtual meetings. All of the features actually work, unlike some of the other meeting options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how difficult it is to share hosting capabilities with coworkers. We have some meetings that have alternating hosts each week and it could be made easier for others to start the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps us reach clients in rural areas and helps ensure we can provide accessible meetings for our staff.

Great for Team Meetings

What do you like best about the product?
Great for connecting with colleagues, especially when working remotely. I also appreciate the regular updates and information about what changes have been made with the monthly newsletter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes colleagues have difficulty logging in, even though they are typing in passwords correctly. Also, the requirements for being able to use a blurred background are too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of not being able to meet in person due to distance. Also helpful for not having to travel to participate in meetings with other folks. Love that!

A powerful and easy to use tool for online meetings

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is ubiquitous to business these days, So many people are used to using Zoom that it is a breeze to schedule and very easy for those invited to use. It was easy to connect to HubSpot and works seamlessly together. Support has been awesome when I've needed to contact them. We have 20 users under an enterprise license who use it several times a day for webinars, meetings, and Zoom calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything to mention that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our business, we no longer travel. This means client meetings, sales presentations, and more can still be done face-to-face without the need for travel.

What do you like best about the product?
We're able to communicate with clients throughout the world. We use it for our podcast sessions and for interviewing potential clients.

We haven't used any other video services, so I can't compare it to any others.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do run into some issues with European clients. Maybe that's just their connection.
Nothing else so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to use the service with clients we never would have been able to connect with otherwise.
It has raised the level of guests to our podcast and the level of clients to our workshops.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, intuitive user interface, easy to host multiple people and larger groups in a coaching container, great for recording virtual podcasts and workshops!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have many dislikes - I do not use Zoom every single day but when I do it works well. I wish I had a better understanding of the recording feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping with connection in a digital world. It is hard to have to many virtual events - but with Zoom and being able to see people, hear them, and have an almost "in person" feel is so amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how everyone understands how Zoom works and how to sign on and use it. It requires no explanation. It is a quick way to schedule meetings or have team meetings. Easy to add people on and remove from the meeting too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not too much that I dislike about Zoom. It is easy to join in from anywhere. I would like to see an easier way to diagnose issues, such as why the call may be lagging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A few of the problems Zoom has helped solve is that we do not all have to be in the same room for a meeting. No matter where someone is on our team, or where someone is that we need to connect with, it makes it simple and easy. There is no need for face-to-face meetings, wasting driving time, and gas. We can interview more people because we do not need to meet in person. Love it.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to create and start meetings. Zoom is also easy for anyone to use even if they do not have an account, they can just click on a link and connect vs other companies that either have issues connecting or the sound and mic are not working.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that unlisensed accounts can only host meetings up to 45 minutes. It should be a flat hour like in the past. I also do not like when you add a second user to someone's account to make invites for them, they need to be licensed as well. If someone is an assistant to someone and will never use the zoom license themselves, it is a waste to have them pay that amount. So now this assistant has to log out their boss each time he or she needs a zoom link created and it gets tricky if they are already in a zoom but need a link made for a meeting happening right after.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping us stay connected with our team and clients more without having to physically travel there. Traffic is back and travel prices are high so zoom meetings are ideal.
