Zoom has been a valuable tool for online tutoring.
What do you like best about the product?
I like to be able to help students no matter where they live. Screen sharing and the whiteboard help me to communicate effectively with my students in order to teach them math, reading, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in a while the sound my glitch or one of the tools doesn't work. This can make a tutoring session unproductive. Usually a reboot will fix the problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to effectively tutor students anytime and anywhere. The tools help me to show my students more detail. Screen sharing helps me and my students to be on the same page!

1. Registration forms sometimes get damaged and registrations get hampered.

My usage of Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most significant benefits I gained from Zoom is the way I can set up breakout rooms to use for various things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have to say the least useful I have found with Zoom would be the integration of most of the Apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Over COVID it allowed me to be able to hold meetings with my Scout units. It has also allowed us to hold other planning meetings without cramming everyone into a small room.
Great platform for live-streaming, webinars, and meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a simple platform to use as an entrepreneur creating a startup. I can use the zoom platform via the app or on my laptop. That allows me to access meetings and client calls even while I am traveling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found that removing the password option does not change current scheduled meetings. The only other thing that I wish I could do was have a way to save meetings to my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows small business owners to work effectively when it comes to clients and colleagues. It has allowed me to connect with like minded business owners globally.
Solid Video Conferencing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Most importantly, Zoom provides a solid video conferencing platform. That's the core functionality that it must nail flawlessly...and it does the job. A helpful feature is the scheduling connection directly to a variety of calendar tools, including Outlook and Google.
What do you dislike about the product?
Video security and zoom bombing were initially serious problems, but it appears to have been addressed and resolved. We've not experienced any interference in some time. I don't know if it's a Zoom issue or a hardware problem, but sound quality can too often be a problem...either too soft, echoes, or static. Also, sometimes screen sharing can be funky with poor quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm unsure if this section is about Zoom solving our business problems (safe, multi-channel communications) or solving their problem issues. Having a stable, consistently available multi-channel communications tool helps us to connect both internal team communications and with external clients.
Great Options for hybrid-church services.
What do you like best about the product?
During this time of uncertainty, Zoom has been a God send. It has allowed our older population to continue to attend services. The interaction ability offered by Zoom is awesome and allows our members to still feel included.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike we have found is the automatic noise cancelation that occurs at times seems to cause a hissing sound. The sound becomes distracting and we began to lose viewers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing our elderly population to attend church services. Without it, they would not have the opportunity to service them. We have noticed an increase in membership since the pandemic because of zoom. Prior to using zoom, our population was decreasing. Zoom's cloud recording allows us to send out to members to review at their own timing. Our members love this feature.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to set up a meeting. I also like how Zoom records and downloads after each meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if I have experienced any dislikes. When I'm using Zoom i just think about using it not critiquing it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the hassle of having to go from one place to another for a meeting. It is convenient.

Connecting face to face when it is needed. Easy of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functionality. Would like to be able to unmute all at one time. Instead of asking a question. Only if the person has allowed this in settings.

Do not have to travel as much. When face to face meeting are required it serves the purpose very well

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom provides us with an essential value where we could be able to connect with other people easily and the available features are also user-friendly where we could able to use it easily. The customer support of the system also did a really good job where they response to our problem really fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no issue with the system so far however ZOOM could be able to upgrade its interface since it looks a bit old-fashioned. Other than that, ZOOM did a pretty good job to provide a reliable system for us to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We could easily integrate with my Google Workspace and calendar apps so that we could able to sync our tasks easily. Furthermore, the audio and video quality is way more better than Google Meet and Microsoft Teams
An easy and convenient online meeting tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy setting up online meetings in Zoom even with people outside our organization. Easy to access. The call and video quality is smooth. In general, I am really comfortable using Zoom so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not have any serious uncomfortable experience with Zoom, except that I encounterred certain difficulty to access with low-speed internet. Also, it is also not a competitive choice for me as a freelance now for a paid version of Zoom.

Zoom made my online meetings an easy task with paid version.
