The best alternative to an in-person meeting thus far
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom integrates seamlessly with many mail providers and many email clients. Adding a zoom meeting is usually an easy-to-use experience. There are clients for any OS, so it effortlessly bridges over multiple devices, BYOD scenarios, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The whiteboard feature is still too clunky and doesn't replace a real whiteboard. The fact that chat messages aren't saved by default requires using an external chat platform (or the host to remember to save it).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the remote-first requirement, especially after Covid-19. It makes it easier to communicate as a replacement for in-person options. It allowed us to go fully remote and still communicate and meet.
Zoom works well for psychotherapy.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and works well for teletherapy. Also it is not crazy expensive. I use Zoom almost every day and love how useful it is for my clients' needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can get glitchy now and then.if my WiFi cuts out I'm in trouble. Then I have to switch to telephone sessions. Or FaceTime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual meetings are a snap.
Zoom has allowed me to create interactive lessons for my students.
What do you like best about the product?
I like giving my students control of my screen. This allows them to be more interactive with the variety of subjects that I teach. I even use Zoom for interactive online Orton Gillingham lessons. The software works great for this purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the major downsides to Zoom is that students have some difficulty navigating the annotation controls. It would be helpful for teachers if Zoom could make them more user-friendly for small children.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me reach students that are far away and I provide them with the benefit of my teaching skills no matter where a student may be located. I can give them the same services that I offer as I would be able to give them if I were in person.
They call it Zoom because it’s easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Since becoming a Financial Advisor, Zoom has been intricate to the success of helping clients. We used to do business only in person, but once CV19 became the normal, it was unknown how we would succeed without the "intimacy" of being in person.
The screen sharing and remote access are extremely helpful!
Zoom also has broadened our customer base immensely!

What do you dislike about the product?
Remote access doesn't work on iPhones or Chromebook. It would be extremely helpful if this could be changed.
I have problems with screen sharing and remote access, To me, those options should be put in a little more accessible and viewable place. It's kind of embarrassing when you have to try this and try that...

Our customer base is now larger
We grew our business during CV19~~~!!
We grew our business during CV19~~~!!
Easy to use, has all the features needed to be productive.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Webinars. We needed a solution for presenting to large groups and holding previously live events, Zoom Webinars fit the bill perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features we don't particularly need, and unless a client needs a specific feature, I don't have the time to go through everything to figure out how it works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to provide my clients with webinar capabilities that they don't have themselves. It allows me to look like an "expert" in webinars, when really I just know how to use the Zoom platform.
Zoom does the job!
What do you like best about the product?
You can set it up for a large group mtgs with 1000 people. It helps with large meetings and adding people who just want to listen in but not necessarily participate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the mute is confusing to use.it works well. No, it serves its porpoise well.Make it easier to mute and u mute. As soon as possible for improvements id like to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to have large group meetings. Some other apps have a limit but Zoom I can go up to 1000. Yes. It's productive. Performance has increased. Easier to get meetings done quickly
Brilliant video conferencing application
What do you like best about the product?
The UI of Zoom is easy to use providing a rich experience. The polls and whiteboard features make it easy to have control over the class when I teach my students. The upper cap on the number of participants is sufficient for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the video acts abnormal and flashy to the extent that it feels useless to the other person sitting. Quality depends on network speed. I live in a suburban region where speed often fluctuates resulting in the poor video output which is irritating at times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cost-effective solution to provide an online learning experience with a minimum amount of investment. I can reach a greater number of students now. Moreover, the sessions can be recorded which would not be otherwise possible in offline classes.
Zoom has enabled the homebound in our community to participate in activities from home via computer!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the aspect that it enables people to participate from their homes when they are unable to do so in person and get the most out of community activities including church bible studies. Covid really put our communities at a standstill and we had to stay at home. We had to shelter our vulnerable elderly loved ones from getting Covid. People had to become creative with communication and Zoom really stepped into to fill the void. It really helped those who wanted to do a group chat and see people much easier from a computer than on the tiny screen of their cell phone. After Covid, it has addressed a new need. It has enabled us to go out into our communities and hook up computers for the ill, and homebound members of our community so they can participate in activities they did before Covid and before their decline in health. Some people still prefer human socialization so we do a hybrid model where some people participate in person and other people are on Zoom. We can see each other via a television screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that I use Zoom from a remote countryside area. If your internet goes down for a minute as the Host of the meeting it provides errors for the rest of the users and after about 5 minutes shuts them off Zoom and you have to restart a new meeting. There needs to be a function where you can set a secondary host for the meeting and if your internet goes out and you are dropped from the meeting the secondary host is automatically made the temporary host until you log in and restore yourself as primary host. Right now it just errors up and everyone is dropped from the meeting. I am not exactly sure how this type of idea would be accomplished software wise but it would enable the meeting to continue seamlessly among participants and not force those who are not as tech savvy to try to figure out how to relog into a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned about it is enabling those who are unable physically to attend a meeting to do so from the comfort of their homes and be a participant in their organizations and communities in new ways.
Changing Diapers between Zoom meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is an effective tool to get meetings happening in this very virtual world. Definitely a necessity when multiple callers are dialing in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really worng with the product, I just would prefer the opportunity to be in front of people in real life more often -- but can't complain since it's extremely convenient to jump from one meeting to the next. Sometimes though, it can lead to fatigue if one forgets to take proper breaks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helpful in getting multiple parties on a call, especially when they're not part of my org and we need a simple-to-install system.
Zoom - A better meeting solution for remote workplace
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has many plugins which help to integrate with other platforms like Skype, Slack etc. Single Sign-On option makes it secure for enterprise and makes sure that only authorized people can use it. Another benefit of Zoom is that, it helps to held webinars with more than 500 participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom plugins sometimes crash and the integration with other applications drops. Moreover, while arranging meetings with outlook the plugin doesn't notify users about the security rules, if users forget to set a meeting password it can expose a security issue and anyone with a meeting ID can join the meeting even if they are outside the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in better collaboration of team members helps in screen sharing and recording which can be accessed in future too, It has easy to use guide that allows easy installations and better user experience in terms of quality.
