What do you like best about the product?
As a biostatistician, I appreciate how Zoom Workspace streamlines collaboration during data reviews and statistical meetings. The built-in chat, whiteboard, and screen-sharing features allow for real-time discussion of complex analyses, making teamwork much more effective. I find it especially helpful for supporting cross-functional collaboration, particularly when reviewing study results or code from a distance. By centralizing communication and documentation, it truly boosts productivity.

One aspect I dislike about Zoom Workspace is that it tends to use a lot of system resources during large meetings, which can sometimes impact overall performance. When several documents or screens are shared at once, the interface can become cluttered and distracting. Additionally, I find that organizing and locating past discussions or files is not always straightforward, which makes it more difficult to retrieve important analysis notes when I need them.

That it is mobile friendly, haven't had any issues there.

I would like a better user experience when raising the hand, besides that I use it all the time at work and it is very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use for the calendar, IM, and video. I also like the filter options available for the video. it is definitely the easiest to use for office communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't always communicate properly with Outlook, but that might be a Microsoft problem.

Instant communication even when travelling. This is very important since many of the agencies we work with use other platforms. Zoom keeps us together.

I like the fact that it is efficient and able to be used by people all around the world. It connects people with the many features it has. Integreation is ease and customer support is very well.

Sometimes with saving of the video files down not happen seamlessly.

At times, the software can be somewhat demanding on system resources, and I occasionally experience connectivity or audio problems, even when my internet connection is stable.
