How Zoom made my work easier?
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing for me about Zoom is its innovative features and design. One of those is how we can easy it is to navigate from profile preferences down to display and discussion creative settings.
Breakout rooms is also a very impressive feature that helps with the fun, and hitting a bigger scope of our teaching/meeting objectives. Aside from that, screen sharing has never been fun and engaging with the drawing features. There’s a lot more but I mentioned the best things for me about Zoom so far.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing more I can say about how helpful Zoom is. However, the 40-minute session is very limiting. It’s still good to subscribe for a premium experience though.

Zoom workplace helps solve the common problems for businesses with employees working at different sites. Zoom makes communication easier for us in resolving certain issues with our product and customer service.

It's very modern very easy to use and straight to the point super sleek design

Left by with any code someone could join your zoom workspace to troll be harmful

Transparency, they really are good at it and it's helping me stay on track

ZOOM Workplace was robust, had very few glitches and maintained connectivity.

It was a little challenging to work with external documents. Once you could establish repeatability it was easier to navigate.

What is our primary use case?
I use Zoom for all of my sales calls, whether they are intro calls or presenting and doing a demo. I also use it for screen sharing.
What is most valuable?
The best features of Zoom include its ease of use due to an intuitive interface, which makes it suitable for both personal and professional use. Features such as screen sharing and breakout rooms enhance meeting experiences, especially for large groups. The waiting room feature is beneficial for external participants. Additionally, Zoom often delivers reliable video and audio quality, even with many participants, and integrates seamlessly with Google Calendar. This allows me to add or update Zoom conference details easily, which improves scheduling efficiency.
What needs improvement?
There is potential for Zoom to integrate functionalities like Gong, offering sales insights and follow-up suggestions. This could include generating follow-up emails and providing sales insights to make Zoom a more comprehensive tool.

I have been using Zoom for many, many years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Zoom is stable.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
In the past and at my current company, I have used Microsoft Teams and Google Meet. I prefer Zoom for its ease of use, screen sharing, and performance, which I find better than the other two.

In terms of ROI specific to my role, Zoom definitely saves time and makes my work more efficient.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
I did not choose Zoom for my organization, but it was in use before I joined. In the past, I have tried Google Meet as well as Microsoft Teams.
What other advice do I have?
The advice I would give others using Zoom is to be aware of all its features and functionality related to its intuitive interface, like screen sharing and the ability to do breakout rooms. Before a call, always test it out, especially if you're screen sharing or have a large audience. Additionally, I rate the overall solution an eight.

I have been using Zoom to connect with candidates overseas for 2 years, and it is excellent to work with. The interface is very user-friendly, and I recommend it. Great customer support and very good to implement

It is a great app, but only one suggestion I want to use is that you should add a live recipient to the call

It is a great pillar to my job as I contact and interview people through this app only, so it is very useful for me.

Quick and easy set up. Always reliable and most people are familiar with Zoom so there is no hesitation in utilizing it.

Zoom Workplace also called as Zoom. I love zoom platform, it provides a easy platform for conducting virtual meetings, webinars, online coaching classes. It has high quality of video and audio very clear for large number of peoples in one meeting. It has screen sharing,chat options i like, and it has both mobile and web applications, we can schedule meeting later option are very easy to use,instantly we can join the meeting easily.

Zoom workplace is a great platform,but need few improvements, their is a lag in hosting the meeting while slow internet and time limit for group meetings are sometimes problem.pricing also high.

Zoom Workplace solving remote communications and it saves time for meetings, it solves setting up webinars, online conferences and classes. It solves the gap between remote and in-office teams. For me it helps very well, i can communicate with my team easily when i'm not in office, and it saves my time and energy.
