Zoom is very easy to use, has good acessibility and it's popularity makes the process faster.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is user-friendly, even changing the background and other features it will maintain even when you are not the person hosting the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some time would be helpful if more than one screen could be shared, a feature that I haven't seen in any other online meeting app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Active meetings online, meaning that not only conversations but actual working meetings when you can do the work at the other person's computer doing the call; you can control a presentation and or a spreadsheet as you would do if you were in person.

Zoom has brought a revolution in the space of video calling especially in the corporate world.

Zoom is the best video conferencing software
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has the best software, it is easy to use and has the best features. Most recognizable software and the best one I have used to this date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are issues with updating Zoom but it is very rare and Zoom usually does it on its own.

Helping me work remotely with my colleagues and share my screen to help present to my teammates.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is known and used by a majority of people so meetings are less likely to get delayed or upended by technical issues or settings. The interface when on a call/meeting is easy to use and my call quality is almost always solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some of the more advanced settings were easier to use including being able to have meetings always have a set number co-hosts right upon creation.

I use Zoom for product demos and customer calls.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature I liked about zoom is the capacity of participants as compared to other meeting apps are more. The connection of the app is also very good as it connects well even if low internet.

What I dislike about this app is the limited features provided in the free plan and the issues of hanging when kept open for a very long time. Only basic features are provided for the free version.

Zoom is benefiting me as communication is made very easier, quick call requests can be generated and face-to-face meetings are helping in building great business.

Zoom features are very limited when you are using it in your browser which I consider a flaw. You need to download the application if you want to avail all features.

Zoom can acquire a large number of people. One can chat both personally and publicly which is another beneficial feature for zoom users. It effectively increases the business performance too.

Universally recognized platform that nearly everyone knows how to access and use; can easily access on phone or desktop, very user friendly from all aspects, don't have to download software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost for webinar platform is high for small businesses and requires annual purchase or email to cancel after webinar is over. Often only hold webinars for under 50 users, 3 times a year and would prefer upgrading a month at a time for this feature.

The most helpful of zoom is you can program the meetings in advance having acces to the ID and passcode immediately.

The time of a meeting is maximum 45 minutes, so you must have a premium account to get unlimited time. So, it makes to lose time since the audience must to reconnect with the same link.

Zoom solves the problem of inability to get connect during the pandemic time.

Excellent virtual interface for churches
What do you like best about the product?
The zoom interface permits our church to host virtual events with break out group functionality. This, in partnership with the ability to record and stream the events has been helpful in reaching those whom our church serves for the variety of offerings we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The security protocol that requires either a password or waiting room is a "necessary evil." It does become a bit inconvenient when the host is delayed. Furthermore, as we have multiple users of the account, we are frequently asked to verify the account sign-in, even though the devices used have been consistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom permitted our church to maintain worship services and ministry events during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. It has in turn permitted us to create a "virtual congregation" that, as we returned to in person worship, extends our reach beyond our immediate locale.
Easy to use and Helpful to stay in touch
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use! I also appreciate using whiteboard for training. Also love that it lets everyone know when the session is being recorded.

That if you specifically send someone a chat/message the meeting organizer can see what you wrote even if it wasn't addressed/sent to them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With COVID we went to all remote/work from home and this allows us to stay in contact and see eachother.
