Great Collaboration solution
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom provided the best and easiest solution to continue operations during the pandemic.

Troubleshooting issues was a little challenging. Audio issues and compatible devices did create confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us to continue communication, regardless of location and ability to meet in person due to the pandemic.

Global Office
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily meet with clients, customers, and students with just a click - Works on all devices and is user-friendly. Affordable too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bar and gadget on the screen are always in the way when you're doing a meeting. Annoying!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to work from home or anywhere I want to. I can make money anytime I have an opportunity. It is also helping me run my community - I can do my event seamlessly.
Excellent, secure video communication
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of scheduling, and that the system automatically adjusts for time change when I am in another time zone. The clients I work with find Zoom much more user-friendly than other platforms I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the need for a paid account to handle meetings over 40 minutes, because most of my meetings average 1.5 hours. It's worth the price, though, to avoid dealing with bugs in other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They quickly handled getting me a BHA so I could communicate with clients about protected information via video. This is not available on all other platforms. I don't have any other problems with Zoom, other than it would be nice if the cost was lower.
When bandwidth and signal strength isn't an issue, it's a highly effective means of communication.
What do you like best about the product?
Bridging gaps in communication and providing a way to include multiple guests at once.

Audio feeds can be spotty when two or more people are talking simultaneously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a podcast host, Zoom allows me to connect with guests who aren't accessible in person.

Zoom is very easy to use and easy for participants to work with as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
For larger meetings, it would be good to be able to simply have people's names instead of their pictures or avatars. That way, you can see who is on without having the names scrolling off the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy communication without the need for travel. I have a fairly large board and it get better participation when you have a virtual option in addition to an in-person one.
Integrates beautifully into my tech stack
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way Zoom links to Calendly, Otter and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoom can be a bit buggy — or maybe it's a matter of UX — people stuck in waiting rooms, needing to make several clicks to find the link to invite someone to a meeting that has yet to start... but overall I like the cleanness of the design and the features available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work from home and often have somewhere between two and eight meetings in a day. Zoom helps me feel like I have a meeting room people are stepping in and out of.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I dislike (and I dislike it immensely) is when I share my screen, I wish the zoom controls (floating panel and video panel) would AUTOMATICALLY disappear so I don't have to manually remove them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Travel costs, frequency of meeting
Zoom has been a tried and true service even before the pandemic for our company. We love it!
What do you like best about the product?
It's helpful for us to be able to share our screens, we love the ability to tie Zoom into many of our integrated services like HubSpot for sales calls, and we love the webinar feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish is that Zoom would make a team plan so that it's not so expensive for teams to have their own Zoom rooms. Now that the pandemic has increased the work from home demand, it seems like Zoom needs to change with the times here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it easier for remote businesses to connect regularly, and makes global meetings and webinars possible in an easy way. We would not be able to conduct our day to day business without it.
We're Zooming Away
What do you like best about the product?
I love the yes camera and no camera on option. It is a great way to stay in touch with my home-based colleagues.

I don't have any dislikes. Have had no issues and have had many Zoom meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are spread out over the country and international, zoom provides us the best communication option for our staff meetings, team meetings and in general whatever meeting is needed.

What do you like best about the product?
The connection is normally never poor and new user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only downside is, that some people do not use zoom, which makes it difficult, but not a issue on zoom itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to connect to our merchants for easy troubleshooting, and we use it a lot to book appointments for remote installs, we also use it for all of our meetings.
